We're not exactly quick to judge, I mean the OJ Simpson murders happened in 1994. There's been plenty of time to think things through since, and my personal opinion is that it's an embarrassment that OJ wasn't convicted.

I haven't followed the last trial, but I can imagine that the cops were more than happy to find a reason to nail OJ, and was he convicted for kidnapping although nobody filed a complaint?
I don't see any conspiracy against OJ in the homicide case (although if somebody think there was, then convince me that there was, I'll listen), the only thing I see is that a lot of people in the investigation fucked up. The cops, as usual, the prosecution, everyone, including OJ's defense, and somehow the impossible happened. There was too much spotlight and press coverage on the investigation, people got jittery.

I don't see the system as one evil power set on controlling the people. The "system" is kind of like a jungle, there are lots of different creatures in there. Some can help and some do no harm, and some can hurt you if you get in their way.

Nobody controls it really.

If an appelate court sees fit to overturn the verdict because the 'kidnapping' portion of the charges do not fit the statutes then fine, but for now they got a double murderer just where he belongs to be. Society is now safe from a sociopathic killer. The laws against murder, kidnapping, and grand larceny (none of the shit was EVER proven to be stolen from OJ actually) are very clear and a sociopath has been removed.

Really, how many of you OJ supporters are going to turn a blind eye that his attitude going into this thing was, "Got away with murder last time, this'll be a breeze." OJ Simpson is a MENACE to society.
