so how will this work?

This is going to be my first micro grow in about 12 years and my last effort was a one time half assed effort, just looking for opinions on how it'll work. My last grow setup which was intact for years was on a larger scale. I've been moving alot the last couple years but now Im somewhere I'll stay until next summer and have a great space to grow some smoke for myself and a few friends.

The proposed space is a closet with about 7 cubic feet to work with. I have alot of height though. What I'm thinking is a smaller veg chamber with CFL's and for flowering hanging a 400w with on reflector in the middle and setting up a scrog on the walls.

Just wondering how people think that will work to flower with.

Unless you're going to have some insane-o ventilation setup, I don't see that happening. I'd recommend a 150w HPS for a cab like the one you are suggesting.

To give you an idea, I'm putting a 400w HPS in my Homebox L which is around 71 cubic feet, and I still need to air-cool it in order to keep a reign on temps.
