Micro 12/12 from seed CFL grow!!!

Sup yall, this is my first grow journal and im looking forward to it!!! My plants are 14 days old from sprouting. My cab is a rubbermaid 22gallon tub(23"wideX19"highX12"deep). It is just one. I am using 3x 42 watt CFL's. This is a very small space and is all I can do at the moment. I will be making a bigger chamber out of two 30 gallon rubbermaid totes!!! I am growing bagseed so this should be interesting! lol big outdoor sativa in a tiny 18" tall space!. Heres some pics. Lemme know what you guys think....all comments welcome!!! I plan on growing out some good genetics when I can get them but money is tight right now so ill just make due with what I got.

Soil= Miracle Gro moisture control
Nutes=not using any atm
Strain=Bagseed (mexican brick weed)
Exaust=4" massey high velosity fan from walmart
Intake=2x small pc fans
I have another 4" massey blowing on my lights/plants
temps stay at 80-85

Good luck with those! I hope they'll finish in reasonable time, without stretching too much Getting your fingers dirty is the only way so go for it - the lessons you will lean using those bagseeds will prove invaluable whenever you get the cash for a larger system.

good luck with your grow, i used to grow in a rubbermaid too back then. miracle gro soil is shit, not trying to be harsh ive learned the hard way. you should definately repot with some better soil, some soil that doesnt contain any fertilizers. trust me ive been there.

miracle gro moisture control same as you're using. prolly doesnt look that bad in this shot eh?

heres one day 45. prolly like 10-15 days after showing sex. i did a 12/12 from seed grow too. link is in my sig.

at any rate this is 30 days or flower or so and look how small the budsites are

notice how theyre super green, i didnt feed these plants at all. just using the miracle gro. oh wait thats a lie i was using miracle gro bloom formula. which also has a ton of nitrogen.









heres an old plant that finished in MG. got like 10-14gram 1/4-1/2oz off the plant.


this is a current plant around the same age as the MG ones up there. 30-40 days of flowering. this plant is freshly stressed from a repot and bad ph, but even so look at the difference in growth using organic soil vs MG.

this is a different plant.

Hey Sexologist420, I saw you said you were going to make your next one with 2 30gal tubs and thought you should know about this guy Lifeless on here. He has hands down the best cfl's grow I've seen in a rubbermaid tub and it blows me away each time I look. Thought I'd give you some inspiration if you hadn't seen it already..

Looking at your photo.....not sure, but it seems you would have a problem with light from outside the tub leaking through the fan during the dark cycle.

Am I wrong? You got that covered some way?

I do I am trying to get a perpetual 12/12 going also and I take clones after week 3via topping) the clones root in 12/12 right next to the mom, I rarely see a male show past 3 weeks

Thx man, I am going to repot asap with some organic soil...will prolly go with foxfarm since ive seen so much good from it. They sell it at lowes/home depot/walmart? Seriously, TY I would have just went with it cuz they are growing like crazy and perfect green, with those flowering pics I clearly see MG sux for flowering.

I dont have anything covering fan vents...I dont know what to put on there. However they are in a closet so not much light gets to them. Plus I have my 12/12 set for midnight/noon I dont have timer atm and I usually get up around noon and go to sleep around 2-3am only time closet door is open is during day to keep air cool in closet. while lights are off the closet stays closed so no light leaks. But for future reference how do you cover fans to keep light out but air moving freely?

Thx all you guys for your support and posts...It means alot and plz feel free to post any advice or feedback you have. My plants I believe are showing sex. I am not sure on any specifics yet and I broke my lcd screen on my digi camera so I cant see pic im taking and I cant get a clear close up shot So I cant show what im talking bout. Its lil shoots coming up where branches branch off from main stem. I dont see hairs...I dont know hwo to describe it really....They all seem to have it except the real small one so hopefully its a good sign. I have 2 small plants...2 BIG plants and 2 medium ones. I thought the bigger ones would be male but I think I see some hairs coming up out of the top...not sure could be small leaves rolled up or w/e. I think I got 2 strains or phenos...all these seeds came from about 8 oz of bud spaced over a year or so...I buy ounces at a time so all diff batches. Anyways, 5 of em seem to be the same strain..s.ame spicey smell and I have one that has fatter leaves and more of an indica look which SMELLS...it dont smell out of the box but its only 3 inches tall and it smells skunky....this plants gonna stink lmao So I think I got 2 different kinds of bud here Anyways...thx for reading this long ass post and I will be updating with more pics in a week every week.

K I bought some organic compost today at walmart and will be repoting with 1/3 compost/vermiculite/perlite with a few TB of bone meal/corn meal/ground flaxseed once they are fully sexed. Will post pics after I Xplant

Yo! Plants doing good, they all seem to be a lil yellow on the bottom leaves...Im thinking its prolly nuteburn from the MG...I hope I can ID there sexes soon so I can get em in better soil There all diff sizes lol. They all have the SAME preflowers...and from what ive read I THINK they are female...they have what I believe to be calaxs..but I dont see "hairs" coming out of them...instead its a tiny green spike...I dont really know how to explain it...my fuckin camera is fuckin up and I cant focuz close Ive got 2 pics of the first node on the biggest plant which show the preflowers the best...you cant see the green spike..leafy looking thing coming out of them but you can see the calyx lookin thing. God I hope there not all fucking males imma be pissed. Well guess theres no point in getting angry...nothing i can do about it. Anyways. First pic is a group shot, second pic is the plant I believe to have a indica background...its also the only skunky plant. The rest smell fruityish. Pics 3/4 are more group shots, Pic 5 is the biggest plant, and pic 6/7 are the first node of the biggest plant. Lemme know what you guys think.

Yo!!! Sry its been so long since an update...Shits been crazy round these parts. My plants are doing good!!...I think I got 1 confirmed female Its the second biggest plant to so maybe I got lucky and picked 4 females? There in some bigger pots then those 16oz cups...not sure on exact size but id say there about 2/3-3/4 gallon pots. Ive started LST and they are handling it good. Im sure any and all females I get will hermie prolly...lol there bagseed plus they have been to hell and back with lighting...the timer I got is a weird ass timer and it turns out each pin= 1.75 hours lol. So they were on a 10.5/10.5 schedule for a week plus when I was doing it manually I usually had an hour window when I turned them on/off. Either way im not to worried...hermie buds dont seem to be to seeded and any pollen sacks I see I will take em off. Im not to worried about them being perfect...I know when I got my own place and start my real grows its gonna be amazing. Anyways im watering them once about every 4-5 days...they dont even droop after that long but the pot is light and I know its dry so I water em...Im giving them 1 TB fish emulsions and 2 drops superthrive every other water atm. In a couple weeks im going to add in 4 droppers of 10-15-10 shultz fertilizer and 1 tsp mollases. I will give 1 tsp mollases every water. I should know the sex of the rest of my plants by the end of week. I cant see any balls on any so hopefully I got all females cuz since how small they are im sure I got room for all 4. There about 8 or so inches tall id say...there LST'd but thats my guess at there length. Sorry bout the bad pictures...my camera lcd screen is broken so I cant see pictures before I take them. The first pic is all 4 and the next 2 are my female. I cant get close ups cuz I cant see the dam pic im taking and its always blurry...although it has hairs and is already forming a bud on the top.

Sup fellas, time for an update My ladies are doing wonderful. THey are really growing now....about 1" a day Shits crazy lol. Im kinda suprised how well they respond to LST . The tek on here for LST by wrapping around top of pot is awsome.

Now, I feel so lucky...I seriously think I have atleast 3 different types of bud...1 plant is VERY fruity...smells like fruity pebbles...another smells very musky and citrusy The one with the fattest leaves and onlyone that smells skunky smells SKUNKY holy shit guys..lmao its not even budding and its stinking up my room Just some hairs . The last...Its kind of a mix between the fruity one and the musky one. Now ive noticed alot of people name there plants, well I think im going to name mine. The only one I can think of a name for is the fruity smelling one...Fruity Tooty Some help guys? Id like some ideas on names for the remainder of my plants They are really loving that fish emulsions and superthrive. Im going to add 1 dropper of shultz 10-15-10 next time I fertilize. Thanks guys for all your help. Im really starting to get excited since they are finally flowering, aswell as growing like there one steroids.
