Thank you for posting those, im quite sure after those that the cut we have/had mixed is the blockhead cross... Great smoke anyways + Triangle cross were the only beans that made it out almost everysingle one. There was other goodies in packet that got crushed in the mail, but + Tr1angle x nl x lp x pk survived :ying:

This white gear should increase the demand once and for all, i mean who would not wanna be smoking this gear as often as you can get your hands on it.
make seeds and i will make the investment.

After growing it the last 9 months, I've let her go. (other than preserving her in seed form) Just not my cup of "tea" and I'm certainly not the 1st to share that opinion.

One man's treasure is another man's trash and all that rot, as well as 'all that glitters is not gold'. :smoke:
This is very interesting. Its refreshing to finally have some different perspectives on these things. When anyone who has a cut decides its the best ever and people jump on the bandwagon, its hard to see what is hype and whats not (from my perspective anyway). But its great marketing for sure.

I would think that with its complex polyhybrid background, it will be very hard to reproduce something stable in seed form with it.

I dont want to rain on anyones parade, but has anyone noticed in pictures if you look very close (zoom right in) that the trichome stalks on the White are very long, while the gland heads look rather small? This would make it look more resinous as the long trichome stalks reflect more light. Anyone else notice this, or am I imagining this?

Hola ezra,
I´ve seen many many white lookin buds that were just that ^^
Many long stalks and small heads...and not very potent at all.

Highlighter,
Good to know you like the Neeples better!!

Well, in truth, I don't believe this to be the case. Mine is near finishing up and I was just checking her out w/ a mag. glass this a.m. The head's are gloriously fat, and the stalks of moderate length.
Fact is, my Neeple has smaller heads and longer stalks! :biglaugh:

They are all very potent strains, so it comes down to taste. My Neeple evokes a earthy, woodsy/wine flavor, which is interesting, but my Highend has that ripe tropical fruit taste that just kills me, and that is what I reach for more often than not.
This all highly subjective, as I know many peeps will really dig the unique "White" taste. Make no mistake, the White IS extremely potent!

I remember commenting, after getting a good chance to look the finished buds over, that The White's resin was impressive because it was NOT all fake resin hairs, it was actually resin. So I'd have to disagree as well. It's LOADED with resin, real resin! :)

I'm not overwhelmed by the White in the taste/smell department, but I believe it is a GREAT plant to breed to other, more smell-dominant strains, perhaps C99? Perhaps Sour Diesel? SCHROM? I'm getting ideas. :) :) I'd expect The White to bring dominant resins to any cross she'd used in.

I spoke w/ Krome earlier today and his thoughts remain the same. He is in hopes everyone with her will make seeds and share cuts generously. Peace, Grandpa L

Triangle Kush is a whole nother beast. I believe it got IT'S name by way of the Emerald Triangle... could be wrong, have no experience w/ it.

This is why I used the Highend pollen, hoping to "fruit" it up a bit! :D

Besides backcrossing it to the White, I also made 'High & Tri' f2's to play with.

Highend X Triangle = 'High & Tri'

{Highend X Triangle} X Triangle = 'Too High to Tri' :biglaugh:

What's wrong with the taiste of the White??? It is just too hashy? Probably gets the bowl caked with resin after one bowl lol - CC you are real good with taste and smell descriptions, what would you say about her? I am really liking your idea of crossing it to the Schrom - that would make for one very ELITE cut my friend - do I hear an FFAv.2?! ;) Highlighter - that High & Tri sounds yummy, spread the love ;P

OK, y'all got me fired up! I decided to do a little R&R. :D I cracked the curing 'High & Tri' jar and sampled for the 1st time. :rasta:

Dry toke had the sought-after fruit flavor that had me savoring it for a while, before I sparked her up.
Inhaling, and the White comes right thru the fruit haze, a hash taste for sure, but something acrid, chemical to it as well. The high is a little more "up".
The buds weren't quite as frosty, but still great bag appeal.

Next I got my camera out.
Now, we're going to play a little game here, in honor of my good amigo, Raco! He just loves such games! :biglaugh:

Below is a shot, one w/ flash, one w/o, of a Neeple bud and a White bud side by side. Now, I was a bit reluctant to shoot these plants, as they both suffered thru an AC accident. (1st time growing ID in the summer :bashhead: )
but in the name of fun, I said what the hey! Just remember, these are not true representations of either plant! :nono:

So here we go, which is which?

its good to know its actual resin. Its hard to tell from pics sometimes, but I thought it might be a case of long stalks from some of the pics I zoomed in on. We need someone with a MPE 65mm to shoot the trichomes so we can get a good look at them.

With respect to using it in crosses, s1 etc, I for one will be holding back from ordering any beans until the genes have been tested properly. I hope it breeds true for the trichome count, but I expect the progeny will be quite variable, but you never know.
