Ooooooh I just noticed this thread, I didn't know she had also been doing some breeding work for his soon (well, sounds logical...). She had bought some of my tsunami Paki landrace some years ago, I don't know wether they have been of any use to her...

All this work is more than precious, you guys have a great duty to perpetuate them !

Miss you Medjool ! Bom Bolenath!

This is a wonderful tribute to my dearly departed wife. She was very serious about her cannabis grows.

I have still several small jars of her Alibi and Herijuana seeds. There was one variety of Dr. Jay's Alibi that she grew and got seeds for called Alibi 5 Tops. This plant branched into five stalks from the main stem. I am growing these now, along with some Herijuanas.

If anyone wants these seeds, I'd be glad to trade them for a variety of other strains. Like her, I'm interested in strains that have high THC content and are resistant to mold. I am partial to Sativas, but ones that grow well in northern climates (45degrees latitude).

Hyanna did grow the land race sativas, although they took forever to flower in the greenhouse. She had one strain of sativa that was stressed and became hermies. This is the one I refer to as 'Sleepless in November' because they took so long to mature that they were still in the greenhouse after we had a visit from thieves, so she and I took turns camping out in the back yard sleeping on a cot--or rather not sleeping on the cot. We harvested them in early December of that year. I think it was 2006. I am not burdened by the need to keep the plants in a greenhouse any more, so I'm more than willing to try growing a really robust sativa, in a combination of greenhouse and indoor growing because I can keep it under 12/12 lighting indefinitely.

I'd like to get as serious about growing cannabis as my wife was. I just need to be a little better organized about labeling the plants

lovely post Mr medjool,

It's beautiful to know you are keeping the passion and love for the plant that your wife had. She put lot of smiles around here and will always will be in our memory and hearts.

Keep alive medjool seedlines, it's a great tribute to her!

This cross is not made by Medjool, but important part of it is from her.
