There is no accepted medical use of marijuana in the United States.

I think the category of drugs that cannabis is in has no accepted medical use. All part of the hypocrisy and double-speak the Feds use.

I'm sure legal challenges to this stand are being indefinitely detained in the courts as we speak.

The question is fair to ask.

If someone would allow my children to be stolen from me because of a plant, Why would I vote for them? They are not protecting me.

I'm not talking about a court case. I'm talking about the people they are supposed to be serving and protecting.

And November is only a few short weeks away.

It is time for Gery Brown to explain why he would allow it within his state of California.

My goal is to eliminate the marijuana laws in the entire US.

Retroactive to 1996.

I plan to do this before November.

And in doing so arrange it so many of you are able to claim back tax refunds that should have been yours.

US tax code section 280E was voted in to be effective for the tax year 1983.

If your business involves Schedule 1 or 2 drugs, you may not claim lawyer fees as a deduction. This section of tax code is based on fraud.

If we succeed with getting them to see the errors of their ways, we get a check.
The check might be debatable, but the herb will still be free.

A couple of days ago a federal court ruled that the DEA can no longer operate in California.

** Edit this point is in error. The judge had accepted documents from a plaintiff in which the plaintiff had accused the DEA of violating law. My information came from here:
“Much as the federal government may prefer that California keep medical marijuana illegal, it cannot force the state to do so.” –Ninth Circuit Chief Judge Alex Kozinski

The walls are cracking. Doors are opening before me as I do this walk.

Walk with me, if you wish.

To "believe" only requires two things
To have a desired result in mind.
Take a token action based on that "picture."

I ask that, if even for only a moment, you picture that marijuana is already legal.

Then take some small token action. Such as forwarding this thread to someone else.

I can't be the only one who can read.

I can't be the only one who can read.

Does no one see the syntax loophole? The federal government does not accept any medical applications for MJ so there is no "accepted" medical use, they're not lying, they're just full of shit. Is it OK for them to play word games? Apparently it is, they're certainly not going to see any consequences for it.

Oh and did you hear about that new kind of "skunk" marijuana that is 10 times as addictive and lethal as conventional marijuana? It's the government, what do you expect.

2006 the supreme court ruled that states determine what is "accepted" for medical use for themselves.

Is it used medically? Yes.
Has it been accepted by voters? Yes

Do you accept it for yourself? Most here say yes.

Has the idea been accepted by the citizens of the US. 80% yes.

Again. This is not about a court case.

It is about common sense and the voters perception.

If that's true, that rocks, you gotta link to the story?

I only challenge your rhetoric to make it stronger, keep fighting the good fight.

quick snapshot.
2006 supreme court ruled states determine acceptable medical practice within itself.

case was about their ability to yank doctors licenses under the authority of the CSA.
DEA was told off limits. leave the doctors alone.

DEA has applied that to doctors ever since. Even for marijuana.

However they continued to undermine the rest of the medical chain. supply and patient.

latest case, DEA claimed they had no way to determine medical or non-medical use. Court said that ain't a good thing .. Your lack of ability makes it so that you are violating the state law intentionally.

im intrested to know what 4 jack-asses though its ok for the FED to play word games.

i believe there refering to 'accepted' as a form of them getting billions$ out of it. the only way to do that with weed is to outlaw it so they can play the game.

80 million US citizens have been arrested because of government fraud.
That should be a very motivated group of people.

100,000 US citizens die every year from cancer.
Another highly motivated group. Even more when you add in family.

Anyone who wished to stay in office has only one choice. End the war now.

I have established several points to launch from. On the internet. All at the same time.

This includes my sermon to the Men of God of our nation. It was designed to launch into viral mode with a time delay factor built in.

In that video I ask for the person who is listening to take the time to consider deeply, do research, pray for a while and then act. This phase takes time.

I have that platform to launch from now. It is ready to accept the new link to my current work.

There are several other locations I have made ready also.

Doors are opening. Walls are crumbling.

Like a bowel movement .. this will pass.
