DB, haven't used greencure yet, but I will soon (thanks, you-know-who ;)). That group of plants reminds me a lot of the clearing I have in my swamp, which has a tree on the NW side.

Is that HH flowering, and if so, how long for? I understand that HH is similar to the Passion #1 I'm growing right now, and since I'm at 41.5 N lat, I'm interested in seeing the similarities. The fan leaves do look similar.

STS, looking good! I sure wish they'd get around to decrim here in CT. Bitch ass governor vetoed MMJ last year.

Buddle, sexy as always!

DB, most of Buddle's pics titles are the strains.

All the best,
TG

Haven't been getting all the rain most of you are enduring, but enough not to have to haul anything but the routine ferts.
So far the rain has made for some beautiful plants! Buddle kicking ass again this yr! Reigning top N.E. outdoor grower another yr. in a row? I think so! :respect:

Visited my Purple Peace today and pollinated a few select branches w/ Nepjam pollen. Let those Nepalese genes co-mingle! :D
Got a big Deja Vu hit when I smelled her -can't wait for that blueberry muffin taste again!
Keep it green (or purple!) everyone!

:badday: :badday: :badday: :badday: :badday:

I was out in the swamp hauling the ladies to higher ground after a SHITLOAD of rain yesterday. They were sitting in about 3.5 inches of standing water. I even stepped in one spot that went up past my knees. When I felt it sink I thought I was gonna have to tread water (mud actaully).

F^#K RAIN! I'm almost happy they're barley into budding because otherwise I could have lost everything to mold.

Hope everyone else is fairing better with the rain. We're supposed to get some bad thunderstorms/flooding here again today. Year from hell. :badday: :fsu:

HL, you must be from around me, because this rain hasn't gotten me too bad, either.

STS, I'm glad to hear you got them out of there. How's your back? That must have been hell!

Thankfully my plants were on lumps of land, and are still at least 3-4" above the water.

Good luck guys! Don't know if anyone knows, but it looks like there's a tropical storm that might make its way up the east coast. Got my fingers crossed it stays away!

All the best,
TG

yea that tree work out well, doesnt block really any light but provides shade and shelter. the hh i am growing has starting budding and im giving it 8wks then checking the crystal production. hows that passion #1? im telling you ive been growing in NE for a little while and i havent seen bud pack on like White Rhino from G.h, but this year im giving there new trainwreck a try and there HUGE i cant wait to see what they produce. but the HH is supposed to be specially for this area because of a short flowering period and really resistant to mould and pest.

Hey anyone taking and creative safety measures for the next 7-8 weeks. i get so nervous around this time and ive been trying to find some way to ease my nerves (besides the obvious :joint: ). i was thinking a little dental floss near the area but if someone sees it ill be f-ed. so any suggestions?

Db, the reasons you picked the HH are pretty much the exact reasons I picked the P#1 and FD.

The P#1 started flowering on me about 4 weeks ago! The FD about 5!!!

Were you thinking of using the floss as a marker? My buddy has Spider line (fishing line) loosely tied to some twigs. He never told me he had them strung up, and I tripped a couple of them without ever knowing. One of the best ideas I know of.

All the best,
TG

zappa: im at 42.5 lat and they started budding around begining of aug and finished 9 wks later, only said 8wks but saw much nicer results with an extra week.

Shot of it.

Buddle: I believe they were from the Dutch Passion feminized line. I dont have the pack with me.

that guy: wow i cant believe they started that long ago. does the passion #1 come in fem? i kno that fishing line is good i just figured that green colored floss would break apart nice and easily.

Green floss sounds good. He actually tied it onto twigs and stuff that would break easy. I assume he didn't want to count on the line breaking.

The P#1 I bought is fem! Growing in the swamp I do means hauling dirt a quarter mile. I was NOT fucking with sexing plants this year, and I didn't get the balls to order beans till May lol.

I believe that my spot can flower early, as my swamp is in a small, E-W valley, with big hills to the E, and the ground sloping down at an almost 10% grade for about a mile. My bagseed plants, which are clones, were split between myself and my partner from last year. Mine started flowering about 10-12 days before his, which are in a flat area, with no hills for at least a quarter mile away.

Went out there 2 days ago, but forgot my camera. Things were looking damn good! I'll be going out there again either later today or tomorrow, and I'll make sure to remember it!

All the best,
TG

Hope everyone's dried out some, been a glorious wk, ideally just what you want this time of yr! :D

Visited my PP today w/ a gal of ferts. She's losing all her fan leaves which bums me out, but bud-wise, couldn't ask for better. See for yourselves!

Damn, HL, that PP is beautiful!!!

Things are progressing very nicely with my early plants. I'm going to start harvesting, plant by plant, in 2 1/2 weeks! I'll start with my 1st Passion#1, which will have had 8 weeks by then. The next P#1 will be the week after.

Here they are. I'll have better pics soon. It was dusk, and I was short on time.

This Frisian Dew is coming down in 3 1/2 weeks, for a total of 10.

This one's coming down the week after.

And my sexy bagseed, which will get at least another 3 1/2 weeks.

All the best,
TG

sow the seeds

Whats up new englanders?

HL that bud is beautiful! After seeing that I might have to do some purples next year.

And thatguy everything is looking amazing in the swamp! I could only wish for results like that. :joint:

Went and snapped some pics today and things are looking good, except a little yellowing and I snapped a branch trying to lst, no biggie. I see trichs woo heh. Its damn hard to get good pics though, my ladies are almost too stealth if there is a such thing lol.

I wish I had given the girls a better trim before flower but ah well still learning this year.

This one was just labeled as BOG. Not sure exactly what she is but damn shes smelling like diesel when I move her. :headbange

This one I call Q2, its an unlabeled clone. Shes showing trichs and starting to swell now.

Thanks, STS! Yours look quite nice, as well!!!

I'm sure you could pull something like my grow off, if you had all the free time I have! I've been unemployed for almost a year, since I fucked my right ankle up BAD last Sept. So I had all the time in the world to set this up.

IPIT, those grew quite well in the last week and a half! Very sativa looking plants. What are they?

All the best,
TG
