Very nice lineup Mossy, looks like they are off to a good start. I started fifteen Jem seeds yesterday and already five have sprouted, there is a thread in the Crazy X forum if you would like to follow along.

eyem back.... Lookin good there mossy... The ALF smoke did give us a bit of the munchies, even after our taco dinner....

She's got a good incense smell, this black one.... Got the seed drying now and just a couple pipes worth left....

Getting some guano to spread before this rain.... I don't know what the chuff weight will be but I'd imagine we'll pull in close to 450 g seed this season.... Not bad eh?

Did my deleting yesterday so watch out for the update soon....

Didn't get a chance to read back through what I missed yet.... I'm a busy man here... I'll catch up eventually, you know I always do...

HHH..it is a Non-Af pot.

It was meant to go to my m8 but when the tall one
Whores Coddle turned female..I couldn't part with it.

so it is a super-cropped Bean down below..and a super-cropped Whore above.

Look at the branch on the right above and you can see the super-crop bend in the branches that keeps her below my wall height.

The fancy brick is about 12 ins square..so it gives you an idea of the bud size.

If you had a non-af crossed with a 100% AF..what % would you expect the f1's to be.

I would have assumed that I had a 50% chance..
but (small trial runs) suggest nearer the 25%..
what would be your opinion..?

First bud crown..with two branches coming up to the exact height of the second crown of buds..
which has two branches coming up to the exact height of the third crown buds..tops tapering in.

Then she is solid cola from there.

Perfect balance.

on a 15 inch plant.

and she just did what I told pipe they Never do..
I trimmed her to get the photo.

Kept the trim in my hand to take down for the Pot...
(it is very tric-y)

You deff got some nice buds on those two girls. Hopefully she doesn't get any taller. She already looks to be pushing your height restrictions Ha. Mossy what size pots are you using? How many AFs do you ussually plant in one of them? Do you plant more than you need then just thin them out for the biggest / most vigorous?

Black pots mainly 30 ltrs..brown plastic 20 ltrs.

Multi-potting still in the testing stage..but I would say 4 plants to a 30 ltr pot is about optimum.
(This would also leave space for re-germs in the same pot)

For the first time..yes.
I hit high male counts in the first few runs I did.
When I realised that this was probably my last natural grow of the season..I overgermed.

The ones in the big pots now are the ones I showed you being transplanted.
All males removed and thinned down to the best/most interesting 4 of each.

(I thin them out more for spacing..if you select for size and vigour early on with the AF's..you could be left with a pot full of males..as they have the size edge over the fems from germ to sex.)

It has worked out real well..apart from me feeling awful everytime I slaughter a decent female just because I want the numbers down.

Thanks for the info Mossy. Those pics show some nice progress on them since the transplant. That would kill me to if I was having to kill females just to make more room for the rest of them. Sometimes you just gotta bite the bullet I guess ha. Is that a shade to keep the seedlings out of the direct sun? Or just to keep prying eyes out?

Yup. I kept looking at them for 3 days before I had the courage..

didn't stop me hanging them on the line to dry though.

If you are gonna kill them..at least have the decency to smoke them..

21st of july the girls were put to germ ..so give or take a few days to break soil they are around 5 weeks old.
They all have trics showing..
but guess who is the first to step into a Fur Coat..
