Well this was my first grow ever... 2 out of 16 were females.. i know horrible ratio.. and im not any better this time.... 2 out of 8 so fuck yea... rock on...

Great looking from bagseed. Keep up the good job!! Kinda looks like a hybrid w/ the indica bud on a stick, but some of the leaves look thin/long.

you will find the better you get at growing the more females you will get.i hardly get a male for some thing i do not know i keep my babies on 24-0 feed plenty of nitrogen and plenty of air.i think a good veg light with more blue spectrum helps.i am trying a new bulb so it will be more learning for me.you will always learn something new.

thank you all for lookin.. yes those seeds came from the dirtiest dirt we got around these areas, thats why i wanted to prove everyone wrong around here that says, you can grow good bud from bag seeds... and i did...

the high was straight knock out... one two hits, i couldnt even play madden anymore, and ive been playin for 10 years....

hopefully D.W, i found some stuff on some other posts about what helps them to.... in here i got more than enough problems to turn a female, male... heat, humidity, nitrogen... yea you name it i need help one.. but im getting an enclosed light.. which will ultimately help heat and humidity, i am gettin new ferts, higher nitrogen... and yea my 17/7 works just fine for me.. so well see my next grow... thank you all once again...

What did the yield end up being? What kind of lights?

Your buds actually look similar to the buds on this one I have going currently. Its my first grow and bagseed as well...









I play Madden a lot as well so I am hoping for similar effects to yours. :D

DAMN.. SAM... I feel like im looking back in the past... at my grow... lol... bro your nugs look exactly like mine.. and great job on the LST... gorgeous... i had a 400W MH, HPS light / ballast.... the yeild was alright.. but then again.. i had NO lst, NO experience, NO trimming, AND NO knowlegde of what they need compared to whay they want.. just like us.. our fuckin wants and needs.. lol.. but out of two plants that i did have (1/2 gallon pots) i got around 1oz from each.. my one plant had a little less but it still was right up with the other...


so good luck my friend and im checkin your thread to see how you make out....

oh yea... '09 is the shit man, i got in a tourney last night at wal mart and lost the semi final (wat a bitch) good thing is that i lost to the 16th place ranked national madden player.. and beleive me, my man got hurt on the first play... one wrong move led to my demise... and all she wrote.. i still couldve taken him but fuck it... anyways cop the game.. its intense.. peace

wow man looking great for mexi bagseed. im growin some bagseed from 60$ a 1/8th shit right now. i dont think ill ever buy seeds.

looks nice man how long did u cure those dryed buds im a six mont guys but some like three better what do u like. and both your guys plants look great i like what i see. so enjoy how much did your main cola weigh.

Styles- hey your better off that way, just hope you get a good m/f ratio... and watch out.. you might have some "bomb" hidden in them seeds... lol... i did... which turned my world upside down and fully around...

Roor- (wish i had a roor)... i see your an upstate man as well.... much love new yorkian... much love.. well the sad part of it.. these were plucked 3 WEEKS EARLY... OHHHH NOOOOO!!!!!!.... because i ended up movin and paranoia problems... still righteous tho.. anyways.. the main cola weighed in at 14 grams

looks like Mex bagweed i grew in Feb. I grew 2 of them along side some bubblicious, Tiki mix, and Hashberry. One pheno(sativa/indica) wasnt anything special at all. The other Pheno(sativa) was incredible. I named it "Braintease", becuz thats what it does to you. It had a spicy/pepper taste to it. No body at all, all in the head. It actually blew the other strains away. I didnt take any cuttings becuz i dont have the space. I do have about 75 more seeds. I agree bagseeds can be special if u find the right plant.

I just got a 1/2 oz of regs that had a lot of purple in them but were very condensed in the large bag they came from. the high was very strong for regs and i got about 20 seeds from it so i am currently germing them and even if its not potent, at least it will be pretty.

Gottcha love upstate newyork same to you brotha. wow that still came out pretty good for being plucked early im not gonna lie. but hey being safe is better then being caught so you got to do what you gotta do. but i bet that cola was out of this world how long did u cure the main cola for.

Drt, nice job. I too did my first run with bagseed, I have a feeling a lot of us here did. It is definitely a bit of a crap shoot with bagseed, but I have seen many people do very well with bag seed. Hell, Chem/Dawg came from bagseed, and now its one of the most popular strains around today. The original bagseed I grew out was so good, I kept the seeds from one of the plants that hermied because of a light leak. A friend grew out 2 of the seeds I gave him from that and got almost identical plants to the mother and both were female with no signs of nanners. And the smoke was really good too.

Its a bummer that you had to pull them early, but I have to admit those buds don't look like they are immature. But its also a good sign that you can already tell that they were pulled early, looks like someone has a knack for this. I hope you got clones or will be able to find another seed that will give you something like that.

Also, I have to say I really do miss upstate NY, I had some of the best times of my life there with some of the best herb I have ever smoked. I can't wait to get back up there and buy a nice fat sack of the locally grown herb.
