1st Iso try.

Cheese cloth works better i.m.o. to strain with, and you don't have to wait for like 5 mins for it to fully strain through like you do with the coffee filters, that and I need it for my butter as well. You can find cheesecloth in just about any supermarket in the baking section.

All oil I make shards like glass. I wash for no more than 10 seconds.

Well I went and did another batch of ISO. I recently lost 5 plants due to my temps getting up too 100 deg. Anyways I took all the leaf from them and dried them and decided to make some Iso using some new techniques mentioned to me. This time I did as Sirgrassalot showed me and it worked great and was very happy with it. And I belive(dont qoute me) it was Justincase's thread were he did his Iso show, where he said he did 10 second wash and reused the same Iso from each wash, just adding 10% fresh Iso. I did that also so heres the pictures.

I didnt get a big yeild but, who cares its practice. Plus I think this will taste better and give better high. I put it in a tin to save and wait till I have alot of it.

hey Prof how are you gonna get out of those cups? hope it's not a problem for ya.

I see you save the leaves off local buds, do you save the stems too? The best iso i made was from dank ass triched stems, about a gram and got a few big hits worth of oil. Your shit looks good man, keep it up! I'm gonna try using everclear next time and see how the taste differs.

Hey master shake.

I dont understand what your question is "how are you gonna get out of those cups?".. If you mean the cups my wash was in, I just poured it out onto the plate to let evap.
And yes, your right I do save leaves from local buds, and I do keep the stems as well. My container is right now about half full until I do my Iso wash again with local bud trimmings. I will be posting it in here.
