First off, I could use some insite on this plant. When it was under the screen, I PM'ed a few people to see what they had to say about it early into flower, at first some thought Hermi but it's not. It's very different then all of the others, the buds are limp and just lay over. It's really "light and fluffy" and has more thrics then anything else I've seen... I don't know how else to describe it.

The Warden has been known to change her mind..... and I have 6 AK-47 and 5 Grape Krush seeds left. Let her utter the words, you can grow one or 2 later on.....I'll have the beans popped before she finishes her sentence.

As for the veggie growing...... I can't even keep a house plant alive for a week. I only know Hydro and I don't know man, I just can't go that route. I mean peppers and shit.....I don't even eat them. Besides how am I going to explain it when someone come to the house.....I built this big ass hydro set up that's locked up with odor control to grow veggies? My own mother would laugh at that one.

This will go on for a little while anyway, each tub will most likely see 2 chops. I have 8 more to drop in on the other tub in about a week. Then some will veg until the plants I posted up today get chopped. I'll go through the AK 47 first and last will be the Grape Krush. Ata Tundra isn't really a concern for me, looks like weak genetics from the start. I wouldn't buy Seedmans Seeds again, I've seen a ton of bad write ups, I had a bad germ rate 4/10. Three of them "look weak".

Been in flower for almost 4 months! wow. Must be one of those soaring in the stratosphere sativas.

No sense in whining to the warden for reprieve. Get all you can out of what you got, and you'll have some good smoke for a while after you shut it down.

Murphy, Damn, that blows! I guess you're going to stop smoking all together. Buying the shit and driving it home can be more nerve racking and dangerous than growing it (in small quantities).
Hopefully she changes her mind. She got her a good man! I commend you for stepping up to the plate for your family. Some people may give you crap but when you have children and responsibility you really have to weight your options.

On that note though; if you have a condition that you treat with marijuana and this keeps you from taking pills I would suggest you sit down and talk to the wife about pro's and cons of pharmaceuticals vs home grown marijuana. I'm in no way against modern medicine but I've seen first hand how the pills can ruin your life. I try to find alternate forms of medicine and resort to synthetic drugs as little as possible.

p.s.. It would be cool if you did a single plant, tree DWC with a 3 or 4 month veg, and a 1lb or more yield,for your last grow! Haha...Then you could give her a year to change her mind.

Hi Murphy, Looks like one well planed out setup you're in the process of getting together!!! Damn shame that the Warden is putting her foot down but I can see where she's comeing from about the kids!

Look on the bright side and don't forget there's allways the great outdoors!!! 3 female plants spaced out over a few hundred yards to keep them all from being found will get you a great yeild and keep ya in smoke the rest of the year!!!

Thought went into this set up kids. I'm not looking for people to feel sorry for me. I'll pull more weight from this then I would have if I grew in the cab for the next 2 years. More watts, bigger plants, larger set up, I'm lovin it!

I'll end up doing a total of 4 or 5 staggered harvests, just in a shorter time. It sucks that I have to stop growing but, I never thought it going to last long anyway. I'm smiling my ass off that I got to build the larger set up and I get to run larger plants.

....plenty of update and some questions but, we haven't been able to upload pics for a few days.

AK-47 is looking good! I'm having some yellowing leaves as soon as we can upload pics, I'll get them up so I can get some feedback. PH is dialed in at 5.8. 1150 PPMs currently, it was at 1350 when I noticed the yellowing starting, I don't think PPM's are causing it either. The "limp plant"is still in there too, I still don't know what to do about it. I'm about ready to change the res anyway.

Mandala Safari Mix has taken off, it's about 3 feet high, now bent over.

I chopped the 3 smallest buds off of the THUNK, The 3 largest buds are still there and I'm going to leave it until I burn thru what I cut. Moving that thing around for the past 4 months, it's just getting on my nerves at this point.

The second tub is full, a few SOG plants but, mainly smaller plants. I can't remember how many I put in off of the top of my head.

I have 3 plants that I need to get out of the clone cab very soon, the roots are pushing them over. The problem is now the 400 watt cab is packed.

The 400 watt cab.....I was called away one night very late and didn't plug the exhaust fan back in. I ended up running the cab closed with no exhaust for about 4-5 hours. The heat damage was less then I thought it would be. I had seedlings in the cab, surprisingly, they suffered no damage. It was just some fan leaves on some of the larger plants. I would have paniced if this had happened before, now, it's just anotherone of those things I'll work through.

I ran out of Hydrotron and used some red lava rock to help fill a few pots. I dumped in the lava rock and put hydrotron on top of it. I just picked up 2 bags from Home Depot, hopefully it's alright to use that stuff. If not, let me know so I can head off any potential problem.

Hi Murphy, the yellowing may be a magnesium deficency, pick up some cal-mag and use as directed or you can allways use some Epsom-Salts to boost your Magnesium in a pinch. Just add 1/4 tablespoon per gallon into your rez tank and that should clear it right up!

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to Murphy again.

Yellowing methinks would be nitrogen or iron. There's a way to tell them apart. One has green veins on the leaf. check mynamestitch's thread in the infirmary.
