Pretty interesting note scanned here, had forgotten about the workers coming from Asia for harvest. Hmm, that was when French Soldiers were bringing back heaps of Lebanon hash to France. But me was too young to know this golden time eheh...
So there must have been some Af/Pak influence brought by some workers, sounds obvious...

BigRadBud....if you look at it a Hate I guess...I know GPasha well enough..He knows I respect his insight and views...Its a funky ass plant...Ive got some that did the same when pushed indoor as he's talkin about..and were both workin on solutions for it...but whatever bro...
hey GPasha yea man...whats wacked is Barney's WillieNelson is said to go how long?...After seeing this and pushing her Im guessing over 22wks..heheh...I actually told TKO after this last look its gana go longer like 26-30 ....lol...man fuk these indoor is the deal..Its like trying to raise a rhino in your living room...just aint happening.. btw have you ever tried to manipulate the light cycle on these landraces?..was thinkin of maybe trying that..sorry if I came off like a rednek...was just in a hurry and said it how i saw it..

Your Egyptian looks very similar to the Sinai Egypt landrace Kanebosem grew.
It has the same foxtail bud structure.

hey LouGrewl..btw can I ask you when you feed that beast...how far into bloom are you still feeding her nice doese of N or flipping point to bloom nutes?..Ive been afraid to go past like 6wks just cause the plants are hard to define at that point on some...and what nutes do you run or you all organic soil tub..or floor?..hehe...damn wish I could grow mr a single beast in a room like that...but I aint got balls that big...hehe
far as foxtailing..Ive gotten Mandalas Hashberry to foxtail...this can be controlled and should of been a more rounded head bud as its a damn near pure Indica...the 3xBM can do it well to with a lil extra P and ran a good 11-12wks..I was lokin for teh BlueSatv1 pic as it had extreme foxtaiols at 14-16wks..So Im just saying we are causing this mostly..I always thought..
er..ok Ive always figured I caused this from how I fed them in my DWC as I control all the nutes..heheh..
this has nothing to do with the landraces tho...genetically....hmm maybe Im to medicated for this convo atm...lol...good stuff fellaz..just keep yappin..

Hey FOE, no worries man, I feel I know ya too well to take offense at such a comment. That Egyptian was grown in my usual way and it just didn't flower properly, maybe if I'd bother keeping the clones of it I had and experiemnting I could have got a better result indoors, but the other two Egyptians were much worse, they were nice and healthy but had such airy, running buds with strings of calyxes they produced nothing smokeable and had to be turned into hash. I did hit the one pictured with some Purple Afghan pollen so one day I'll pop a few.
Uzbeki is the same thing as Afghani - wild Chinese broad-leafed hemp adapted to a new environment. I don't know what the environs in Uzbekistan are like, but the Uzbeki is said to be very tall, very large, big yield, very potent, lots of phenos. To me, al andrace that has a lot of variation comes from a place where the conditions vary from year to year considerably and the variation is an adaptation to this to ensure at least some plants mature and drop seeds each year, regardless of weather.

Desertic mostly, and some mountains too. Would be indeed interesting to know from which area it comes from.
Take no offense GP, but given the human migrations along History in the area, I find it hard to give it a Chinese origin. THere are lots of genepools, culturally or geographically closer, from where it could originate. Caucasus/Aral sea, Western Siberia, or Central Asia itself.

no offense at all, I was merely repeating the oft-quoted theory about China being the origin of all cannabis, personally, I reckon the spread of cannabis date back so far that we will never know for sure.

eheh, I actually don't fancy much the Chinese birth place theory actually. I'm more thinking about a Caucasus/Central Asia. Putting the birthplace of cannabisin China would have made his migration towards other cultures far later than what most probably happened. The tokarian civilization was already growing fields of wheat in the Taklamakan desert thousands of years before China and the Chinese civilization became such in a great part thanks to the influence of those Caucasus-originating people. Those might have introduced the plant to the Han who knows. but yeah, we'll probably never know...
By the way, here a close up of my Uzbek mom. I apparently pulled out the Tajik Dad too late as 3 or 4 balls had alrady released their dust, and the lady was visibly soaked ! Huge beans everywhere !
I'ts 30 days since the first flower, she was flushed yesterday and will be given 8-10 more days before I harvest I think.

See the sativa thread gets all the action as they all grow were they dont do much beheading or make IEDz
