What's new

400w northern berry & skunk x o.haze scrog

Hi canna fans

This is my 2nd diary, with a few improved features:
-hopefully a tripod will assist me in taking pictures
-a new scrog cabinet specially designed for growing

the other stuff remained the same:
400w hps in a cool tube
carbon scrubber

The northern berry clones are rooted and repotted into ~2l pots, currently suffering from the transplant shock. My problem is ,they are flowering under 18/6 so i had to go 24/0,i want them to grow FAST

Original haze x skunk seedlings are ready to be flowered and having minor N def.I overworried about ferts and root restriction.

i have to figure out what to use as screen.I bet i cant buy 1m fence

3 days in the new cabinet, the pants love it.i think the ventillation was really needed and the bonus(reflected) light is good too
the clones like the 24hr too because under the 18 they flowered quite a bit.now new growth is all over them, the mother took off too and thats bad news,i hate to cut her without any reason->have to make clones this soon

and the final thing:i love my bong.its half full of ash now,nd half full of northern berry nugs :D it was like 0.3 and half is still there,i love this plant.its a very indica leaning stone, good for relaxing,im a relaxed man :smoke:
all my smoking buddies love it too

im going to order some jack herer ,make f2s and search for the sativa pheno and a good yielder.these girls will join the northern berry ,,yielder pheno'' gene storage in the small cabinet.thats new too and going to get a new bulb.

preparing to ozora festival,a big psychedelic festival
bought a tent.
got shroom spores to make some food too :headbange
i hope its not forbidden to post shroom pics, because i 'd like to post some
thats it,now everyone who reads this knows im fuckinnnn stoned right now :muahaha:

hey cabinet boy looking good
good choice on the jackherers, trust me the sat phenos yeild big
i gave up the shrooms yrs ago,but still can remember where they all grow wild

:lurk:
:joint:

the clones are doing HORRIBLE,i think no progress since days.leaves stay the same size and the most annoying:they flower.under 24/0 and 18/6 .i have to dump them.the replacement crew is in the wet towel, ready to rock.the job is to identify a good mom and flower them asap.getting thin on budz.maybe these clones will go under the 70w and see what i can get .

hi Organic Farmer & welcome here

The strains are northern berry from peakseeds
and skunk x haze by cultivators choice
wow a diesel grow,i have to check it when im not this hight :D in the future im planning to grow some nycd too

i cant help with the original berry or the nl,i havent grow them jet, maybe sometime later :)
maybe try this cross, its real cheap and see if you like it

im watercuring 3 samples of my dry northern berry stash to compare the "cleaning ability" if any.

hello from the cabinet:

a lil progress, the seeds are cracking, clones are just standing there streching at most.it would be funny if the mew seedlings outgrew the clones.

ps:jack herer on its way :joint:
i noticed mayor mycelium presence in the rice cakes :jump:

hey c.b its looking good

great news on the jackherer, u wont regret buying them
theres a 50/50 chance that ive got 1 in flower right now :jump:... its more fun if u dont label pots lol

seeds have way more vigour than clones ,so expect them to catch up real soon

:joint:

Welcome guys !

thank you for the compliments

Whoooo m@rg,let me know the sex of the herer,i have to pull a chair if its a girl.
Have to check it :rasta:

Labeling is useful when many almost identical strains are present, when im gonna search in the jack herer phenos,i"ll have tons of notes, labels, ect.

ow you say i messed up when popping the new seeds, maybe(most likely ) you are right.good thing is,i can find a great northern berry female and keep it.

If everything goes well and peakseeds want it too,a new, sativa dominated plant will move in in a few months:the texada timewarp.

have a nice day

Repotted the skunk x hazes to 1 l square pots and planted 3 sprouted northern berrys.

The watercured sample on the right, the control bud to the left.It was a single unit that i splitted .

3 NB popped the dirt,2 still germing and 1 lost(rotted )
the hazes are doing excellent, the small was topped a week ago maybe, and 4 tops are growing.
i ordered the jack herer seeds, trippy pheno searching begins.

I cut down the "buds" that were growing on the clones(the mum will die im afraid) and they are now growing leaves, hurray :D
the seeds were a lil old i think(4 years and bad storing),many are dead.im down to 3 seedlings out of 7 seeds.2 didnt germ and lost 2 due rotting.
the sativas are HUGE,but not in the traditional sense, not meter long stems.these are tight and branchy because the topping.they look so good,i have to take a pic in the evening
the top of the first one rooted and growing.in 3-5 days i'll put it into flowering under the 70w .

note the amount of leaf mass grown since the previus photo!
height actually tells little about the plant.little stem and quite tight for a sativa
maybe the good nutes have to do something:i use an organic 2-3-4 fertilizer dosed at half strength
gonna tie those long branches down to be even.if the other 4 catch up to the main 2 ,this baby will yield seriusly i think

the thin leaved beauties :rasta:

the clone in the cup is recovering nicely,i just cut it,dipped into clonex and sticked into the soil.thats why it looks a lil weathered.
shows how easy this strain is cloned!
