They are slow to process/ship compared to seedbay, but they offer some interesting stuff, and yes, they ship to the US.
The IBLs that I've seen (timewarp and early durban) from Next Generation are VERY uniform and show good vigor. Also they send 12 pack freebies.

One more thing, out of 80 or so seeds from different companies (f1's, ibls, poly hybrids), the Timewarp IBL were the first to germinate and are out-growing everything else in the tray. 100% gem and all seedlings look exactly the same.

I ordered in march and still nothing but excuses.
I just did a Google search and they have been screwing people since 2006!!!
Same thing, no product or "late".
I think they post the "late delivery" posts themselves to get more money from us.
