i understand its an sk1 x afgan...it sounds like an atempt at sams skunk before he took the stank genes out....but it has cheese`s bace + the afgan...sounds like an f2 or a verry inbalanced pheno of f1..souds like id love it!...cheese is a perfect bace

lovely to here you say that jingles but,you are making a very large stalement about this branch off sk1...

if so where is the ibl now of the 18.5??

there is sk1 and what others???

sk1 Flying Duchman`s male and female (now)
sk1 Sensi sk1 1990`s
sk1 18.5
sk1 uk cheese
sk1 mass super skunk
sk1 basic 5
sk1 Sensi sk1(now)
sk1 the pure (now)

?????????????????????????????

what are the differences in all the skunk cuts, the seed banks have male and female

?????????????????????????????

Hi, the only statement i am making is that skunk18.5 bx is one of the parents of sensis superskunk and not sensis skunk#1..
the holder to 18.5 is still sensi i presume..
I honestly dont know or understand the meaning of the list of skunks you have posted.. :joint:

so skunk18.5 bx is a sk1 with a sweet afgan and SS is, 18.5 (bx) x Afgan??...HOW WAS IT MADE??...

sk1"cheese type" x Afgan = sk18.5..................or just sk1 afgan(ibl)????

sk18.5 x (Afgan or sk1???) = sk18.5(bx)

sk18.5(bx) x Afgan = SS....is this all correct?

niceone for the info

??????????????????

all the sk1`s in the list are in a similar genepoo..!!!..sk1 is different everywere you go......cheese seems to be a pure sk1 after sam took the afgan smell out, superskunk sounds like it was an atempt to put it back."phyco" sounds like one of the best phenos of it!!

Yeah the Lot #5 does look awesome, it's a shame it's not available anymore tho, it would be a great strain to have in the garden, i've been wanting to try Ot' 1s Smile as well, not seen any grows on it but i think it's gonna be another winner like the Lot #'s

Peace

great thread ..learning so much about the old skool flavours when i was a wee wipper snapper ...londinum..im from deep south and all them strains you mention ring bells....but i was only a toker then....the nlx5xhaze it think was first i grew :) wish i had her again....great work!
Ta' John, nice to meet you.Lovin them buds mate,Good enough to eat!
The way I see it if we all keep each other Informed better,as I hope we will all continue to do,then any Germplasm floating around or being bred currently in UK that deserves preservation will be looked after not lost, like in the past(I'm as guilty as anyone here).
Just received a couple of NL clones apparently circa '91 and if its anything like the 'tester' bud I just smoked of it then I think it may prove to be a very lucky find. It's the Really Sweetsmelling one that reminds me of my first trips to Adam.

Heres some skunk related pre Sensi catalogue pics for you Rick! The early Sensi cats may prove more useful though but don't have them since the 90's I'm afraid, but I bet someone somewhere has. I'd like all the ones I don't have anymore,at least in digital form.

londinium i suppose the psyco could be an old pheno of superskunk,
i wasn't too keen on that idea because i've only ever had crap really sickly sweet super skunk which i haven't liked.
but i do like psyco, a lot.
but i suppose its like some skunk1 nowadays that i've tried and i've just though it was alright nothing special obviously not cheese or roadkill strength, kickass skunk1. so i suppose there must also be some oldskool pheno superskunk still about as cutting (maybe its psyco).
on this tip, has anyone out there got any really old seeds, older the better?
probably be some rare phenos in there.
Funny you should say that LLP I am hoping I have some old Skunk genetics as I have a jar with what I call my 'PotLuck' selection from the mid 90's. I have maybe 200 seeds that are all what I was growing and crossing from the mid 90's back to late 90 but some of the possible strains in the mix date back to mid 80's and were gifted as seeds or cuts from my Mentor growers who were in their 30's and 40's then.
I wont try to list all the possible types and crosses that could be in there but I didn't have any shit genetics back then and they could be f1 to f4 or a BX
of many deliberate or hopeful pollination's by me and crew.
They weren't kept cool but were always in sealed jar as they were lost and rediscovered by Family member so fingers crossed on the germing %.I started germinating with about 40 of the oldest? a while back and have 15 seedlings from the'PotLucks' already in veg and cloned for sexing rite now.
They all smell wonderful and familiar so I have high hopes,I will post better pics in a thread when I know more about poss ancestry. JBo

so Cheese and Psychosis...exactly are the same??.....no difference in heavyness of smell ,or fruit flavour??
I think Psychosis would have been an appropriate name for cheese actually!! lol

i have 5 female Misty Axe plants (original Saxonaxe male x a particuarly fruity and early misty pheno)
being tested outdoors this year, hopefully get a nice lady from these to get a few cuts goin out via the LGA connection!!

Bubble Axe genetics have recently been donated to the UK (and IT) massive... if they grow good ,, pls clone them and share them about folks!!

 @ Daddy Fingaz : ,, yeah mon ,, long live Misty Axe and all that weild smoke with her :canabis:

 @ EnglishRick : ,,, DocLeaf tells no-one nothing buddy,, perhaps shinobi said something :chin:

LGA membership is always open to the consensus of LGA members only,, on a majority vote.

 @ John goodman : LGA = Local Growers Association

The LGA is a small group of growers that share similar aims :canabis:

LGA Cannabis Cup >> http://icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=75277&highlight=LGA+CC << :canabis:

The LGA encourage and support others to do the same ,, as part of an on-growing cannabis normalisation process :canabis:

Peace All :joint:
