Apparently it doesnt matter if a plant has 1 ounce or 10 ounces, either way it's worth $5000 (what the !?!?)
If you assume one indoor plant yields a respectable 5 ounces thats still $1000 an ounce (either the cops are telling porkies or people are getting serously ripped off!)

THE number of large-scale cannabis-growing operations uncovered in a Sydney suburb is growing fast, with another two discovered this morning.
The raids by police on houses in Blair Athol today brings to six the number of "mum and dad" pot-growing operations found in the suburb, and this time a young child was removed from one of them.
Officers seized hundreds of cannabis plants and sophisticated hydroponics set-ups in today's raids, police said.
Two men in one house and a man and woman in another were arrested, while a young child was removed from one house.
Earlier this week, four houses in the same streets were raided, with police estimating the cannabis seized there to be worth $8 million.
While police have yet to count the number of cannabis plants found today, they estimated the haul would take the total to around $10 million.
The drugs are considered to be extremely high quality, with each marijuana plant worth more than $5000, police say.
All the houses had been extensively renovated, with false walls, hidden corridors and dedicated growing rooms created to hide the cannabis cultivation.
It would have cost the producers millions of dollars to set up, police said.
As well as the four people arrested today, a 51-year-old Bradbury man and a 54-year-old Blair Athol man have been arrested since the raids began.
Police have urged anyone suspicious of strange smells or noises, heavy fortifications or odd comings and goings at neighbours' houses to contact them.
