Yep NJ is out. The NHL had to change a bunch of rules to keep the Devils from winning another Cup. I guess it has proven successful. But you should probably wait until your team's series is decided before talkin smack tho

Honestly, if not for Scott Stevens and the rest of the Devils defense, Brodeur would have NEVER put up the stats he has over the course of his career. The Devils should thank Montreal for being friggen dumbasses and destroying a team that could have won 2-3 more cups. Had they not dumped Jacques Lemaire (which eventually led to the loss of Patrick Roy (and most of the rest).....Roy said it himself, to an extent), yer Devils would have NEVER developed the Neutral Zone Trap which was so effective in keeping Marty in the league as long as he's been. Don't believe me, look @ when he played in the All Star Game and gave up 6 as opposed to every other 'tender givin up 3.

AND I don't want to hear about his wins with Team Canada, they could have practically won with a road cone in net with the team(s) Canada has fielded in the past few years.....

The BIGGEST FARCE will be if Henrik Lundquist falls behind Brodeur in the Vezina Cup race, he contributed to his team's success, while Brodeur rides on their coattails
