I may try and give these SB 3 a go outdoors this year. Say you see 2 pheno's, one green and one with some purpling?

How do you think sh'ell grow outside? Tall, bushy? Chrismas tree? Finish early?

PeavillePride, great looking plants, I can smell the bud from here. Did you ever get a chance to try the bubbakush against sourbubble? I am hoping to hear the truth without all the double talk, better or not I would love to know. I know people say everyones taste is different, but I think my taste are more in line with another sourbubble smoker.

I have not met anyone who doesnt like Sour Bubble. It is some of the dankest week arournd. Even Sativa heads have told me like like it better, and these are guys that love haze. Most people will never see this quality on the street.

The mother of this plant consistantly turns out jet black clones with snow capped peaks, and will bring you to your knee's if not careful. The clones are producing around 2 oz's of rock hard bud. I could veg longer, but dont have the time and room. A one hit wonder for sure though.

I am so glad you started this thread because Sour Bubble is near and dear to my heart, and it is great to see the different variations. I love it so much that I will be working with Bubblegum in the upcoming years trying to produce something special myself.

It seems likely BOG hit his Bubblegum plants with Bubba. This red variation of BX3 tastes like Bubba to me and kicks some serious ass. Smoke some of this and pain does not seem to be an issue and the couch will be your best friend.

Some Sour Bubble can go giant, whith huge leaves as you know. This cut is just starting to flower and turn purple. It might be a big yielder, for Sour Bubble.


This one is a several weeks in flower and turning somewhat blue. Looks like an average yielder, probably a couple oz's when finished

I know SoCal and the world has some strains that are better than Sour Bubble, but it is still one of my favorites, and I will put it up against anything for the enjoyment factor.

BOG sent me a care package back in the day, among the goodies was some Sour Bubble buds to smoke, grown by him. I was excited to try it, but I had been dissapointed by high and mighty claims of super dankness before, so I didn't let my hopes get too high. Well, Sour Bubble is -to this day- one of the tastiest surprises I've ever gotten! It's similar to Bubba, but with its own coffee, hashy twist.

I haven't had any in a couple years, but I still remember how good it was.

Nice buds everyone. Keep the genetics around!
