I don't think I have seen a post asking you how you keep your plants from outgrowing your cab.

Now we know! Low stress training Dr Bud stylie. There is some weight on that lady...

when you revegg do you wait for normal growth or just until they start growing again and then you flower them. they look great by the way.

reveged how fast ?

reveged how fast ?

yep you got the idea...it's either 3 new clones or a re-juve they run thru 3 times B4 they are replaced....so its clone in 9weeks later Budz out and 5-14 days of rejuvanation and they go right back in 9 weeks later Budz back out and repeat

are you saying here theat you rejuvenate a plant for 5-14 days , what do you mean?
you revert it back to vegetative growth in 5-14 days, or do you just clip most the bud then let it sit in veg cab for 5-14 days then right back into flower ?

Hey DrBud could u take a pic of the bottom of one of your end of flowering ladies or even the re-veg.I just want to see the type of root system u have at the end of flowering.

This Pheno of Chesaw does not make a single flower....
Once she is rinsed.....
And goes under 24/0
she will grow fresh 3 bladed leaves in 9 days. :headbange

Many of the others I have grown take FOREVER to regrow "Normal" leaves...
the Plant I did 12/12 from seed is STILL making flowers and single leaves she has been in there forever
Just hangin' out

This Pheno grows new leaves very quickly and can go back into flowering in a little as 9 days

That reveg speed is amazing, I wonder why it's so quick for you. I know it takes most people at least three times as long as you to get new growth. So you just keep feeding them normally, put them in with the clones, and they're good they've shown new growth 9 days later? I think my goal is to have a setup as close to yours as possible, because it looks like it works out great.

It is only this Pheno..... :headbange

Everything else I grow takes 3 weeks or more.
It's not me it's the plant......I had one other that re-veged almost as fast but was never as Strong as Chesaw

What's the lineage of Chesaw, do you know? I'm really curious about this reveg aspect of it, it seems like something that could be easily overlooked with a lot of strains because revegging isn't a real common practice.

Dr Bud's post about the linage of his strain.

She contains....
Haze x NL#5 (Seed Bank 1988)....female was chosen for potency(That Bitch took 21 weeks to finish)
Hash Plant Pure(Seed Bank 1988).....Male with 1/4" nodes and Sisters with a 7 week finish
Jamaica II (89 trip) & III (90 Trip)
M48-Haze x Durban Poison (S.S.S.C.1991)
DJ Shorts Blueberry..... Male added by accident (and it was a good one)
C88 for weight
I'm almost done with her .....it's almost time to cube and make some seeds

She stretches like a Sativa...with the weight of an Indy
and finishes in 9 weeks....The Mrs. prefers it at 7 weeks....she says 9 weeks makes her sleepy...lol
I smoke her from my morning coffee to my Bed-Time Bong hits
She finishes Outdoors(not up here)But grown in Cali. on Oct. 20-25th

My Question...How do you make seeds when you begin to run dry? Do you keep a daddy Chesaw around?

Hey DrBud, I love your thread. I love it so much in fact that it inspired me to start a grow just like yours. I'm trying to establish a set up as close as possible to yours. I just started a new thread over in the grow diaries if you wanna check it out it's right here http://icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=86045.

Peace,
m

they can say what they want

they can say what they want

I don't care what anyone says, your a genius man, and a pioneer if u ask me. I am very interested in this, I would pm and try to get more detailed info on the build of the cab (mother / clone dimensions mostly) but I don't have enough posts. Keep up the great work man and (for me and anyone who reads this great info) thank you for letting us all know about your amazing methods.

First you need a male with no bad traits
you breed him to plant A
the seeds from that are A X B 50/50.....
choose a male from those and breed him back to the first plant A those are AB x A and are now 75% A and 25% B

Select a male from that lot and cross it back to the first plant A again...now those seeds are 87% plant A genes.....

choose a male from this lot and cross to first plant A.....the plants from these seeds are now almost 90% plant A genes a coupla more times and you MAY have a stable strain

"Plant "A" seeds"

DrBud about whats the average time it takes to get a strain stable?? is it about a year? or is it drastically different for every plant? just wondering kinda wanna get into breeding but not sure if its worth it.. for me at least LOL cuz i know its worth it in general..
