Who has a Script for more than 6??

Do you have a rec from a doctor that allows you to grow more than the state or county maximum?

Do these hold up in court? Have you been to court with one?

What is your limit if you dont mind sharing?

YES. a DR.'s recommedation trumps state guidelines just like a counties guidelines trumps them for the most part. it also depends on your judge.

BTW: Doc Fry got 5 Fed time but is out on appeal. Dont know if she is still doing scripts. Probably is. She is a fighter!

Did your doc also increase you smokeable medicine amount?

I think the Dr. should over ride the county guidelines.

not related to her putting plant counts on scripts..... funny you ask about medicine amount cuz my dr. gives you either 1/2, 1, or 2 oz per week depending on the amount you say you use. i have 1 oz a week, which is 3 pounds 4 oz......whats everyones idea of a 'fair' amount concerning finished meds and plants? mine personally would be a 20 veg/clones AND 10 flowering with 3lbs finished product.

I just renewed mine last week at Medi-Mar in LA...I told the Doc that I grow outside at my house, and 6 plants doesn't give me enough to last the year...so she doubled my count-- :headbange

My doc wrote me an exemption saying something to the effect of being able to grow as much as I need. No limit, but it's wise to keep it under the federal sentencing guidelines.

It doesn't depend on your judge at all. He has to follow the law and if your Doc recommends over your regular county limits, there's nothing he can do about it.

Depends on the county. Some very redneck countys seem to think that 6 or 12 is the upper limit .They also go so far as to tell you your plants are too big. Now we all know that the law allows for more if your doctor recommends more. But unless you are well set finacially it may not be something you want to push too much. If the county dicides their limit is 6 in flower and you go over, it could cost you thousands of dollars to defend yourself. Once they charge you its not so easy as just pointing out the law,and you best have a good lawyer on your side.

Hmmmm....interesting. I go through a doctor who doesn't list amounts or plant counts. My question is if your doctor doesn't put limits down on the paper, and you were to get busted, could the doctor later testify to the recommended amounts, or does that have to be established on paper prior to being accused?

You do not even need a written Recommendation....altho it is much easier to verify for the pork-sect--But yeah...a verbal is good enough for Court...as long as your Dr logged it into your records--

I guess I will have to get him to log it...think my recommendation is comin up in a month or so. Will have to see if he will put it in the records. Thanks!

Exempt from sb420 guidlines holds up in court....
When my doc put it on mine he said
1. Grow what you need to use. 2. Its best to grow by your self to keep #'s down don't push the state to call the fed's

10/100 is fed's for sure
5/50 is border line
Under 5/49 is pretty safe depending on your county (indoor small plants)
outside is iffy over 6 do to yeilds

1-2 oz's a week is most doc's recamendations that don't mean 3 pounds 4 oz like one stated in this thread....

It all depends how you play it when the time comes my doc has me at 4-6 oz's a week I do 36 flowering and 12 moms/veg

I am 42O exempt and smoke 2 ozs a week.

times that by 52 and you will see I need 104 ozs per year to keep me properly medicated.

Now, that is your total count. You can grow what will give you that amount.

This is what i thought. I was told by a LEO friend (yes i have one.) not to ever transport over 8 oz no matter what my script says because thats when the hassles with the arresting officer and the courts starts.
