Well..we got the major swap over done..
we now have the living room in the kitchen..and the kitchen in the living room..
and I am too damn wrecked to appreciate the difference ATM.. :petting:

While I have a few minutes..let play catch up.

I have harvested the WR IBL..
and test germed the first...after 4 days drying..

Is that the first WR f5 you have seen kenz.. :chin:

I have harvested the AK-47 X WR.

Here is what I have left in the grow cupboard...

4 x JEM vertical IBL..I think these will be off within 2 weeks.
I hate to forecast..incase I jinx owt..
but I think I can honestly say that I will get an ounce plus out of this 10 inch pot.

This is the ALF..she has just gone back under light.
I have my fingers crossed that she is seeded..
all her white pistils have gone..if she isn't..I will be gutted.

23 inches of pure bud.
Again..I think I will get the ounce plus..from the 10 inch pot.
She is starting to get the distinct pointy afghan top...but..
Man..the colour is putting me off..

Afghans aren't supposed to be soft and fluffy..and PINK.. :nono:
they are supposed to be evil.. :pointlaug
(I hope WAMEN doesn't tie this one up with red ribbons..the humiliation.. :D )
but hell..I am not arguing with the bud coverage.
The Mother is a maz/lown f3..and the Father is a F4 WR..

these are the other 4 to a pot JEM IBL's. Shorter than the others..but..it has to be conditional..early pollenation.. :smoke:
because they are hybrids.
I expect these to be off in 4 weeks.
kenz..note the two on the right..intertwined..sati dom.

and the extreme sati dom one..

I thought I had my first colour match cross on this one..
I thought she was the pale purple coming through..and caught her with the pale male..but she decided to grey up..little witch... :D

Cheers esbe..
Third photo down..is the ALF..that we are going to use on the DC cross..
but I will work on the colour..I swear..
I know there is a white in there so I will hunt it down in the F's.. :headbange

Can you see little heads sticking out above the table..?
Those ones you can see are the non-af's..getting a dose of 100% AF...from the Fat B*stard male.
The table is there for protection..our weather has hit the skids..
and the sunbed is on end as a wind baffle...and a screen... :yoinks:
hiding from view..the Fat B*stard HAREM.
That is his AF's.
JEM..AK'S..WR'S..LR#2'S
I am going to have bad harvests on some..I put them out just as the weather changed for the worse..spring fever..
but..the way I look at it..as long as I get 4 or 5 seeds off each..it wasn't a waste..and I can repeat the cross in full season...if I need to.

Here are the non-af's..that are hoping for a dose from the FB too.

B.indy..in "Sati"..
yeah..I need to sort the name out..

On the left..BeAn..
vertical..Donkey Dick
on the right..I need to check...

All the non-af's were supposed to go to my m8..but the chance of giving them an AF injection off the FB proved irresistible..
I am taking them off once the seed matures. 6 weeks...and they will be away

This is the JEM x WR cross. 6-8 weeks before harvest
The girls are young..so I am hoping the males last out a bit longer.

Apart from that..I have about another 8 jems..that have been held back..by outdoor and small pots..
Once the JEM X WR is done..I am hoping to let them have an IBL jamboree..just for stock.

Phew..we caught up now..
because I am going to change the thread shortly...
for the new season.

WAMEN..WOZZUUPPP...
this is the third growing season that I have known you..and you are always running behind..
this season..you are flying.

have you turned over a new leaf/bud..?

WHAT IS THIS...
x2 Pakistan Afghanistan (DC PTK) mix not sexed
if those initials mean what I think they mean...I WANT it for the ALF.

is it one of our Friends genetics...?
if you get a male..can you colect pollen...?
what are the bloody initials..?

Nice starting line-up WAM..I will enjoy watching.. :canabis:

Mossy hows the snails treating you lately? Are they a threat this time of the year?
Yup..I am finding they are pipe..not a lot of damage yet..but the buggers are there.
Everyone I find gets jettisoned..3 storeys..and I ain't seen one going down with a parachute yet...
so I don't think they will be repeat offenders.. :bashhead:

believe it or not..I even have an attack of small caterpillars...
I thought the leaves were just wind damaged..until I saw a tell-tale silk..
I hand hunted them too.

Last year was aphids and white-fly..
this year snails and caterpillars..

I just need the plague of locusts..
but I better not tempt fate.. :sasmokin:
The weather we are getting is causing enough damage...without me opening me big mouth.. :nono:

bpb...I guess your season is suddenly looking a lot rosier...
with another promise still on its way....

I will bet that itch in your fingers has just intensified.
Best of Luck with them M8..you deserve it.. :headbange

:listen2: Word in your shell like..
JEM's harvest 8 weeks from germination..
the smell/taste of spring bud is well recommended..after a Drought.. :joint:

No point waiting 'til Sept/Oct for your first sniff..eh..

hello friends

the answer to your question mossy is yes, they come from an IC friend.. but not who you thinking of.. these came to me from spain.
the Paki Afghan cross is

(X18 x Deep Chunk) x mix
mix is because there were several males in the grow where these beans were created
the males were Cascadia , Deep Chunk , Pine Tar Kush and maybe a couple more.
the dominant traits on these x18DCmix are Leaning towards the DC and PTK pretty much so we call it a paki afghan mix.
the other is the same male mix but this one is leaning more towards the Cascadia side .
Tasty salection heh  nothing less for the crew's silver tongue :D

hey pipe brother.. well im not working in order to get the spring harvest.. as i know these wont ever finish as the photoperiod will be increasing day by day.
All of them exept the TAS babes are in veg or early pre-flowering stage , the TAS is budding (fast!) already so they are the only ones i expect seeing seveloping half-a-bud and than reverting to veg, or maybe they will flower and give me the spring harvest.. they are the only 2 that i cannot make a forecast of..
The benefit of having one foot females to start is putting the work on plants that cannot be males so its 0% time and work wasted.

Later today i will take some pics of them beautys so you can see what is what
them Deep chunk mixes are looking very funky.. leaf style is very very Chunky.. they will bring a smile on ya face hehe

laters

EVERYBODY..run a SPYWARE check on your systems..
I have been down since I left here yesterday.
VIRUS

I had a few prog's open..so it could have come from any..
not necessarily here..but it is worth double checking.

My son says it was a very deep infection...

If you don't have virus detectors..
pick up a good free one at AVG free...

Back shortly..when son is finished.. :headbange

WAMEN..that cross sounds very interesting... :chin:

What I was thinking..along with the DC cross..
I would like to add an extra afghan dom to the ALF every year..
make the natsietnafghan ever..
100% proof...:sasmokin:
so I will be watching..
One of our friends has an afghan af hybrid..I am thinking that one next..

nothing less for the crew's silver tongue
If you have it M8..flaunt it.. :headbange

Ah kenz..you lucky dog..
first buds of spring always taste sweetest.. :kissass:

Good looking girls..I have been scrolling up and down..drooling..
I can just about imagine how that grow cupboard smells.. :canabis:
Can't help but like that bluestreak...frame shape/formation say she is my type of girl.
I have to admit..those sati girls are starting to look a lot more attractive the more I see of them..
maybe my indy biased eye is sarting to straighten out.. :headbange

Great tric cover..
I am interested to see the harvest/dry bud yield per plant.
per square inch.. :chin:

Don't fret about mails..I thought I was going to catch up Sunday..
and the only thing I caught was a virus..
I told you I shouldn't have mentioned the plague of Locusts.. :nono:

Cheers Mossy i only hope it has the Uplifting Sati high now that's my cup of tea :)

I'm back in work this Thursday which i aint looking forward to but life is life i suppose i will just have to stay stoned and let the days drift away :)

Also the Bluestreak would be great of only they were taler mate
I know the one's im growing was a early version and if anyone reading this has tried the newer version please say what you thought etc :)

Picture 3 mossy is the more Indi AK-47 and @ 1 1/2 foot is coming along lovely :)
I think i may have a taller Bluestreak at the back but would need to dig her out to have a look to make sure it is but I'm 70% sure it is a Blurstreak and that one is about 1 foot i would think..
Must get father to label and not mix up lol

Hey mossy!
I haven't been able to keep in touch since I haven't hit my 50 posts again yet.

I ended up keeping the pollen from my nice male b. indy f3 (i think it was the f3.......purple as anything pollen sacs)
I think a little hit most of my plants, but my Nigerian Nightmare pollen pollinated most of the stuff, so I'm hoping to make the babies resulting from the b. indy female extra early. The buds are sooooo purple that I'm almost regretting fully seeding her. Shes only going to put out about 12-15g from the looks of her, but I have 2 weeks left so who knows how she'll fill out. THe lower weight can probably be attributed to my marginal growing conditions.....I mixed up a seed and thought she was one of my other plants and so I didn't get her into optimal conditions for a while.

I'll edit in a pic or two (or just re-post) in the next day or two.

I'm not sure whether to start flushing at week 6 or 7 (of 12/12, flowering ended up starting in this one as a normal plant, and not as an AF, but I was under 24hrs of light and not 18/6, so that could have held her in veg. The male AF'd just fine. I'm running her mainly for seed as I hope to use it in my late spring and summer outdoor projects.

So the question I was trying to get to regarding the flushing.....

Do you think the lack of nitrogen during the last two weeks (flushing) will diminish the viability of my seeds?

If it will, I guess I'll have to skip the flush and just cure the buds extra long.

You didn't mention to me how low odor the b. indy is. Maybe its just because I'm running tons of air through a small space and exchanging a lot, and i'm comparing to quite a stinky strain, but I'm definitely happy with the lower odor. It might make a nice backyard garden plant this spring:rasta:

Anyway, I'll post/edit again when I get the pics uploaded. I forgot what the drill is since I have under 50 posts (regarding adding/posting pics), wehther I can actually put them in the thread or not. If not They'll be in my gallery soon enough. I need to PM you about spring stuff once I hit 50 so be lookin out

I am armed to the teeth now..bpb..
or so my son tells me.. :D

I visited site yesterday..and it set all the alarm bells off..so I didn't dare use it until son got back from work.

Apparently..there was a bit left in my system restore..that either the skybot..or AVG should have picked up..and didn't.

So I have my bloody fingers crossed posting here..that it doesn't kick off again.

All I can say is..TF for remote assistance..my son cleared it out from the UK for me..or it probably would have cost a ruddy fortune.. :fsu:

If this doesn't kick off..I will be back shortly..for catch up

B. indy update on the way.... :headbange

WAMEN..are the ones you have going for indoor..or are you bringing them on for the outdoor season..?

FirstTracks..
Do you think the lack of nitrogen during the last two weeks (flushing) will diminish the viability of my seeds?

imo..no.
I give the seeded girls a balanced diet for around 4 weeks..dependant on conditions..then water only for the last two.
I think if the plants themselves are in good condition..
they will put all they have into the seed anyway..food just maximises your chances.

You didn't mention to me how low odor the b. indy is.
because I have been working with them so long..I forget.
She was sold as a low odour..and she really is.
Apart from just before sex..pollenation (stench)..and cut down...she is brill.

UNLIKE the AK-47..which mings from start to finish.. :biglaugh:

When she is cut down..you need precautions.

Shes only going to put out about 12-15g from the looks of her,
On cold/low light conditions..she grows..but without the lateral growth.
Should be good for a seed run..but when you go for yield..
super-crop her as soon as she shows sex..even if your conditions are poor..
super-cropping will benefit your yield.

Best of Luck M8..I cannot wait to see... :smoke:

Kensler's a bit ahead of the pack
you know what that means pipe... :chin:

PARTY AT KENZLERS PLACE LADS.... :woohoo:
I bags first chuff on the BS... :joint:

BS are chopped and hanging now and they fooking stink.
There in a sealed cupboard inside a room with Air Freshener in the main room which is needed and you can still smell it lol
Add that to the AK-47 and we have one bad oder problem at the moment...
The AK by the way will be coming down next week and the Sati pheno the week after but that could change by next week as there advancing fast..

Bring a few beers lads and let yourself's in i will get the poker table ready :joint:

M

mossy

I'll bring the red wine... :headbange

What do the BS smell like...?

The last set of photos..the last 3 photos..I could eat that one.. :kissass:
save me a bit of that for the party.. :biglaugh:

I am looking forward to growing the AK-47 in full season.
For me..she has a slightly odd growth pattern..
I want to see how much of that is due to my current conditions.

I don't think I have seen the best in her yet..but she is growing on me.

When I grew the WR's...it was just like growing my own crosses.

Give them a little bit attention..little bit of food..and they respond.
They grow and glow..and you can tell they are happy plants...

The AK's always looked a bit unhappy to me...nowt you did seemed to make her glow..or even respond
but she is producing good results..better than I thought I was going to get off her.
Bit of a dark horse.. :chin:
