Oh ten...youre always keeping me in line lol, fair enough, i agree, i guess its just the frustration that makes my opinion so biased all the hiding in the shadows and wrongful arrests while there is so much more important crimes to be worrying about.

One of the major problems is that the SD Sheriffs dept. is often cross-sworn as DEA agents for a pot bust. That means that they follow Fed law and not Cali law, when it comes to med grows. Seems like a conflict of interest to ignore the laws of those who pay your salary just so you can get some cop toys from the feds.

Relief from the Pain.

Relief from the Pain.

Ladies, and gentlemen... always assume the cops are here. Personally, I don't hate them, I love them, but I do feel better when they are not around. Why? Because nobody ever calls them when everything is fine. Mostly, they respond to complaints. Complaints. Mostly, they deal with pains in the ass. Thank them, people, since we don't usually feel that pain. Marinate on that for a minute...for the record, I'm law-abiding. I am a well documented, legit patient, and I am well under my allowance for count and square footage in my city.

In the meantime, I would suggest we reconsider the title of this thread:
"San Diego's Finest Cuts"... Ok, I'm off the soapbox.

Sub, thanks for the Atomic, and most importantly, thanks for the GDP. I have personally driven to LA twice in search of this strain. I bought a couple from a dispensary in the Arts District...it grew great, turned out to be hay. Bought another couple from a supposedly reputable place in the heart of LA, it turned out to be ...um Tooty Fruity, I guess...finally scored actual GDP this round from G, who assured me it was legit...and low and behold...it is...finally. Thank you, sir, for finally allowing me to obtain my ideal strain for my prescribed medical condition. You have truly relieved the pain. Honestly, this particular pheno is the reason why I began the grow process in the first place. Thank you, again.

Hey Shan,
HAve you had APEs Grape Ape? I'd be interested in a comparison between that & your GDP.

Peace

shan- well, all i did was pass on a cut to a med provider. someone elses genetics, so i didnt really do much, but your welcome! everyone should always pass on those cuts that help!

grow tech-did both the GRAPE APE and the GDP that ape has. both are good-but for pain relief the GDP wins hands down. the GRAPE APE is tasty and stony, but in my opinion doesnt touch the GDP. heres a shot of both: first GRAPE APE then i will find a shot of GDP:

N ow the GDP:

My take on growing the bullrider is that she was a sturdy high yielding plant with a nice smell and extremly medicative high. Run to 12 weeks the potency was eye popping.

The Betsy is another SD favorite that I love with her skanky funky mango smell and taste. I did some asking around and was told it was a NL cross but didn't get too much more info. Does anyone else know about Old Betsy's roots? She sure does kick ass.

I don't know of the betsy although I am growing some BR we grew out from seed and have clones now. She is looking like a heavy yielder with a very strong sweet skunk smell to her.

i dunno Sub... Looks like some well grown BR to me...
The AB doesnt seem to have the same pistil formations as the plain BR, (at least IMO)
I also think i heard someone sayin they thought APEs cut was the godzookie... But the godzookie is straight rocks, so dense

I agree with Sub...the GDP is awesome, don't bother with the Grape Ape. A shot from a former run:

from what i hear godzookie is a cross between bullrider and x ? Cant remember the other strain. The high is very intense very potent. Maybe someone in here can shed more light on this great strain :rasta:

intense is a good word I'd attribute to godzookie. almost too intense for me.
So, what is the magical female (or is it male :)) that is x'rossed with BR to make GZ (godzookie)?
Godzookie dried is pretty though.
