Thanks fellas.

The thin leaves belong to a Moroccan x Pakistani, Nirvana seeds. There are also some Big bud, Mexican sativa and Reclining Buddah buds in there.

They're gorgeous nugs oldtoker! ,, there is a cure to the sickness you speak of,, Grow more canna! :headbange

There is much debate on the topic of flushing,, some say yes & some say no. If you are using synthetic ferts then by all means yes. But there is also the valid argument that flushing will not remove microbes who are busy converting organic matter regardless. This is the dilemma. The purist knows that salts remain in the soil,,, Chloride being the most soluble anion followed by Sulphate, Bicarbonate and Carbonate. Sodium is the most soluble cation followed by Magnesium and then Calcium. In theory, under optimum conditions if you're growing in 100% organic soil, with no chems, the plant will take what it needs, cannibalizing the shade leaves to complete maturation. In nature the soil temps will drop towards the end of bloom (tropics exempt), hence the microbes will start to sleep or hibernate if you like, until the following season.
It's a real Pandora's box,,,, no suggestions here - just keep doing what works for you.

Thanks SS, I'm digging your garden buddy ,,, the pink pistils are on the blue mystic x ,,,, I'm looking forward to start my menage a trois later in the year.

I've got a spare room suby, no animals allowed, but you'd have to put up with my son jamming on Sat mornings tho. hehe

I was surprised myself ThaiPhoon, they're smoking up quite nicely considering they were grown thru winter (harvested in spring). I definitely didn't expect the euphoric high

props to all you organic nut jobs :moon:
happy gardening ppl
smurf

edit: my summer grow is roughly 2 - 4 wks into bloom atm, so far so good.

Thanks emmy. I think that plant flowered for about 12 weeks or so. It was grown outdoors from seed. She was getting about an eleven to eleven and a half hour day from seed. I am pretty sure that this plant is 15, max 16 weeks old from seed.

:kewlpics: All the nugs on this page alone have some incredible colours, I'd be stuffed if I had to choose one! Setting some pretty high standards in here,,,, great gardening skills you guys. Thanks to all the members for giving me something to aim for,,,, & to emmy for starting this off. All I need now is some ink for my printer so I can create a binder with all the nugs from in here, for those stoner moments around the coffee table with friends! :bongsmi:

happy smoking you guys

thanks smurf man i really like lookin at those outdoor buds man, the sun really does beam here no matter what they say, good job man looks like it was meant to defanly very healthy and tastey id imagine, whats the purple sativa lookin strain?

i think you are defantly right about the flushing of non organic grows, i also think i will stick with my flushing even tho im all organic but i must clarify i dont over water the container a bunch except once 2 weeks before projected harvest, i just use water and the plants only eat organics and dont get fed anything in water expect a few tea's but then nothing for the last 4 week period because i think the taste of the strain is more apparent this way, the smell and taste of organic buds, watching a organic plant grow alwasy happy, never burn, never droop, alwasy happy.

this is why everyone here takes the time to care and we all know(organic farmer) what the differnce is and we defantly can have that shit eating grin.

a few dry shots of some very good clean tasting hippy mind warping smoke.

ive posted them all before but i really think this is where they belong, love this plant keep it up were are doing it right guys
