talk about a cool job...being a storm chaser and chasing one of those twisters around the great plains. That would be some pretty intense shit. Seeing mother nature in all her glory and destruction.

hope all is well with the family.

I got hit with a twister a few years back...tore half the roof off and drove a tree through the side of the house...everyone was safe and the house was fixable for sure. Lots of cleanup...

I want to see a tornado in real life one day. I've always been interested in tornados.

Where I live tornados are ultra rare and pretty much never happen due to the costal mountains and we don't get severe thunderstorms.

Also tornados are very rare in February, tornado season is from April to September usually.

I did see a funnel cloud in my city couple months ago, it was in the paper someone took a picture of it, I saw it while drivign slowed down looked like a tornado coming down half way from the cloud and just spinning dark cloud. looked really cool but it never touched the ground.

Heard there were several deaths in Memphis and parts of Arkansas as a result of the tornadoes.
I saw 2 tornadoes touchdown about 3 years ago from the highway. Was driving home from vacation and hit a hailstorm so I pulled over. Was waiting for a break in the hail and noticed 2 huge twisters on some open farmland about 1/4 mile away and sped off! Scary stuff for sure.
