Fresh cut pineapple, gala apples, strawberries (with some sugar if you crave something extra sweet), grapefruit (cant go wrong again with a little sugar), frozen grapes

one of my favorites... chicken grape salad. i get it from walmart and eat it on crackers... delicious.

I wish I ate healthier, but generally i rip open a bag of doritos to munch on and drink ice cold pepsi or root beer.

then i usually feel terrible afterwards, but eating fruit tastes & feels good
