Glad you like the link! They also have one each for thailand and cambodia.
Great threads all, cept when poor Zam gets beat up & sent packing. :frown:

Herbalistic, no I didn't. Too many beans I need to run 1st. I have a hard time going to C. Eye and not buying anything! I have to be vigilant and follow thru on my intended projects, you know how it is...:D
If I buy anything, it'll be another pack of F-13.

So w/ the Luang Probang, I will live vicariously thru you, DoobieDuck!
Best wishes, HL

I know what you mean with too many strains/too little space & time -thing Highlighter! In fact, I have the same problem which has resulted growing couple specimens of many different varieties at the time and not concentrading to one variety... This way it takes longer to "master" one strain, but gives plenty of experience about different strains and you dont get bored smoking the same stuff

All this drama/"bad karma" with BC didnt change the fact that I really did feel for Zam in that thread! I really am sure he wasnt trying to stir beef up with those comments, but was genuine about his thoughts and did speak his mouth empty without considering the possible reactions! (the Zam im used to know!) Thats the thing I love with this guy, he always says his genuine opinion and doesnt bow down to anyone

Sorry for the offtopic DoobieDuck..

Thanks everyone for your views...Dr. Duck.

what are your temps in the grow are your plants are show obvious signs of heat stress (leaf edges are curled up) i would get that undercontrol as soon as possible and then flower but you dont want the temps to high when you flower because them being pure sativas will have a greater chance of goin hermi on you.

C21H3002 my grow room is, and has always been, at 65 to 75 degrees...sometimes on an extreemly hot day it breaches 80....why would you determine this leaf curl on such young starts as "obvious heat stress"? I was not concerned about it at all as it may be the genetics? But thanks for your observation, concern, and imidiate action suggestion.. and I'll watch my temps for you...Dr. Duck.

Hey DD, I had the same problem with leaf curl. I put in a small fan to circulate the air and the problem was fixed. Good luck with your grow.

Black Ra1n...thanks for the post.. I don't think it is a heat problem..or really a problem at this time. I have a very large fan on them 24 hours a day...Dr. Duck.

DD: Funny, I was just about to break out my Luang Prabang Lao Sativa seeds, when I ran across your thread. I'll keep watchin' yer gro (you keep postin'!). I think I will start some LPLS, too. I guess it's a bit unique compared to most strains. Thoz guys worked a wonder making this strain available to us. Steady as she goes....

Hola DoctaDuck

So you already put them into flower? I quess you wanna keep them small.. How long did you veg them before inducing flowering cycle?

What kind of lightcycle regimen you are going to use?

I think I start 11/13 with my Thai´s on the first six weeks and then move into 10/14 cycle to really inform the plants that it´s time to fully pack those buds :D

This is really getting exiting :woohoo:

EDIT:Also, have you consider using Nurturelites, or Envirolites in flowering as supliment to HPS?, These offer perfect sprect for each flowering stage, or you could choose purple, which is suitable for veg & early flowering, so there is two different sprect involved + they dont produce heat + they produce UV-B light :D which modify cannabinoid values and increase thc value = more potent pot!!! ++++ these equatorial sat´s wouold love them intensity they can be 2 cm long from plant without heating & burning planst, the lumen output is awesome!! Maybe you should give it a thought... Highlighter also, when you start that OT1 haze, should increase the psychedelity

BTW Dr.Duck, what you say abou this equtorial trait´s showing, but unknown autoflowering sativa which I run coule

Hey doobieduck, looking good!
Sounds like you have a bunch of different things going in your flower room, but Herbalistic's "I think I start 11/13 with my Thai´s on the first six weeks and then move into 10/14 cycle" is spot -on for this strain. I don't think they will actually flower @ 12/12. :frown: Time will tell, but you have to be pretty dedicated to grow these equatorial sativas indoors. Best wishes!

Yeah DoobieDuck, keep us on macro´s yeah!!!!

Here´s couple for you, if you allow? First one shows how pistils react into good old soul music -> they start to dance :D

These are from Powerplant bush which is going to hear word T-I-M-B-E-R shouted on her today.. In fact, she is going to hear it right after I finish this post!!

But as the flowering cycle I mentioned couple post´s ago, I have to say I cannot take credit about inventing it, but it´s info I have gathered here..

Anyways, I just wanted to share that idea with you, because you got more need for lightcycle ideas at the moment than I.....

I think those Lao sativas would only stay in "starting of flowering" -stage the whole "floweringtime", if flowered in the traditional 12/12 cycle :chin:

Maybe I take some pics from my unknown autoflowering sativa that has some equatorial genes for sure, to show you what I meant.

Peace and have a nice sunday

Luange UpDate

Luange UpDate

Well...the stretch is on...what I'd like to show in these images is the unique lime green center to the leaves with dark green edges. The smell is greater than anything in my grow room..musky...skunk? I chopped the lighting to 10/on 14/off to try to get my Luange to show sex and I believe we have all females here. Have some leafs looking weak on a couple plants...after inspection I have a few mites showing..I'm bombming the entire grow today! DD.......

Thanks everyone for your interest, views, and replies...DD

Cool to hear you managed to get so many femme´s

I would love to see that lime to dark green shades of them leaves man!

Nice to hear you made some decisions considering the lightcycle, still I have to ask is it possible for you to cut down lights 9, or 9.5 on /15, or 15.5 off, after the first 6, or 8 weeks? I think this would help the plant to understand it´s cycle little better indoors and flower properly...

However, even that change in lightingcycle is just bonus and I dont have no doubts will you finish them or not!

Take care and have a big :joint: for Herbalistic, as Herbalistic just vaped good bowl of Powerplant for you :D
