Anywho, for anyone who actually gives a shit about cannabis, legalization in Canada was the worst thing to happen to it. With the rush by growers to create their own proprietary strains in the early days, they've hybridized the shit out of everything and the days of pure sativas seem to be just a happy memory now. Everything has some level of kushy smell when smoking it. Even the stuff that's simply listed as "sativa".

Even the seeds you can legally buy have been hybridized so no pure sativas there either.
I mean yeah, it takes longer to flower so it's not as commercially viable, but Christ man, I'd pay more/g for a good, pure sativa if that's what it takes.

Just wondering if any of the Americans who might read this thread have noticed the same thing where it's legal in their states.

nobody has died "yet". we used to get shit visibly sprinkled on pitiful weed here when a drought hit locally. used to call it "glass weed" because it looked like very fine crushed glass, sure as hell wasn't trichomes! never smoked it myself, nor talked to anyone that did and liked it. when someone does finally die from smoking pot, i'll bet it was NOT the weed that kills them.
