Rain here too, not the best. I've still got another four to take down outside. It's been going pretty quickly though, as I'm only taking off the fans and hanging them. I'm pretty glad to not be fine trimming these. If the yields are good, I might just run OD for hash only from now on. The bud size is almost perfect. I have plenty of flower anyway. It'll be cool to have single pheno hash, most of the time I blend it with similarly terped strains.
That's some beautiful looking hash you've got there Unc! Do you generally use all of the micron sizes? I think I might have to for the first pull of each plant to find the sweet spot, but I have mostly been collecting everything from 120-45u between the 220+160 and 45 bags. Sometimes I leave the 25 under the 45 for the first pull to see if anything results, but it's usually minimal or substandard and not worth the 20 min. drain time. I saw a dude on YT that hooked his shop vac up to his 5 gal. bucket and pulled the water through in seconds. I might have to give that a try, saving multiple 25u runs in another bucket and doing it all at once in the end after a few water washes. Also, do you do one long agitation cycle, or multiple runs? It seems like all could be accomplished in one, but I didn't want to beat up the mat'l and introduce impurities. I usually do about 5 cycles in ascending 5 min increments from 1-20 min. After that they definitely get a bit green though.
