Other than military, a POTUs is fairly limited on what they can do. They can make an executive order to decriminalize, but that could be overturned by the next POTUS. SO, going that route, you leave the people of your country vulnerable to the whims of the next POTUS. That is not a sign of good leadership. Is it?

It's interesting to consider that Coca-Cola, a large military contractor, is also a multinational corporation has a very unique privilege of being able to purchase a coca plant derivative as a flavoring agent in their beverage. So, Coca Cola is allowed in a very round about way, able to finance the global cocaine trade with total impunity. I would definitely have Military Intelligence look into "Coke."

What's worse? Men with guns breaking into a family home with dangerous guns and dogs looking for pot? Or, men with guns arresting those who would unleash those same weapons upon us?
