Sinema and Manchin (and the Parliamentarian) are the fall guys. get Sinema and Manchin on board, or replace them, and you'll have 4-6 more of their types doing the same thing.

The Dems have have/had full majorities of all branches three times over the last 40 years. Any excuse for not passing their favored legislation means that they just cannot get it passed as their is not enough public support.. So don't tell me about how the majority of Americans are polled.
