nothing. damn wide-screen tv downstairs has shit on itself and neither remote will make it go to ANY channel. so much for watching Celtics play, or any baseball, or...does anyone still make a tv with a manual on/off switch where you have to get up and turn a knob to change channels? i'd buy one...
You go to the store today and buy a new TV? I listened to the Celtics game on local Boston radio last night. My heart got racing when Smart missed like 3 3 pointers with like a minute left.
Get a new TV man! Hope you get everything settled quick. BJs has TVs...got my Samsung 55" there

This is the series based on, and follows David Bowie's movie The Man Who Fell To Earth (1976).

In David Bowie's version, Thomas Jerome Newton (Bowie) get addicted to booze and drugs, fails in his mission and returns to his dying planet.

This "new" alien is sent by Newton to finish what he started.
The Man Who Fell To Earth (2022) (Showtime)

This is looking really good. I'm on Episode 3. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ so far.

'Peaks and Valleys' on one of the free tv & movies channels. Not apt to win any amazing high-line awards, but not bad.

Rambo II and Rambo III

Based on the true life of James "Bo" Gritz

Gritz was an officer in SFOD-A (Green Beret)
He went to Cambodia to try and release POW's. He found them, but the Pentagon told him to stand down and shut up. He then met up with Cambodian warlords who told him that the White House was shipping billions of dollars in heroin from Cambodia into US each year. Gritz even wrote an open letter to VP Bush exposing what he knew.
Years later, one of Grit'z green beret sergeants, Randy Weaver, would expose the NWO and so the ATF and FBI assassinated his family. Gritz would be called in to negotiate peace and get Weaver to turn himself in.
Then, Gritz got called in to try and negotiate peace at Waco, but Janet Reno told him to stand down.

Rambo III tells Gritz's story of training Taliban fighters in SW America
