What's new
High all,

I am new to Icmag and have been waiting for the day to post a grow log
:yeahthats

This forum has been very useful in learning and I am so glad I am a member!

So as for the grow, I have 4 white widows by seedsman fems...
all 4 germed within 48 hrs then were put in a mix of Fox Farms OF and 30% perlite in solo cups under the hps.

The seedlings popped out of the cups on April 28...

Sorry no photos of the ladys as seedlings

here they are at about 3 weeks edit:(a day or two less)

They were transplanted into 5 gal 12x12 inch pots with the same mix of OF to perilite

Also....I am trying this experiment with hydroten balls, I covered the top layer of soil with the balls (only two of the four) so that the top soil wouldn't dry out so fast and roots can grow higher up in the pot.

Gonna see how it affects yield

nice setup and grow!
i dont think puttin them balls ontop will make any differance in yield..each plant has 5gl to grow in which is more then enough, so roots got pleanty off room. the only thing i can see the balls doing is make watering easier..i like seeing the top of my soil in my buckets..and i like adding fresh wormcastings to the tops every now and then. keep us updated

Hey guys,

Thanks for all the positive vibes! I'm sure to keep you posted, comments are welcome.

the temps are in the 77s with a spike to 81 in the afternoon, humidity stays at 45...

Nice and shiny!

Enjoy the grow and then really enjoy the smoke.

I've grown a White Widow from Nirvana and this is what you may expect once plants are flowered. As soon as a top or full flower is formed, about 20 days after sorting out any males, which you may not have to do, you will see the THC resin begin to show up on the calyx, pistols, and leaves.

It's truly awesome to see after growing so many seeds, bag or otherwise where you have to get a scope to even see sparkling gems. At day 40 of flower, you'll swear there is an equal balance of leaf to THC on the entire plant. The stuff it great. I don't think I'll spend too much time on anything but white strains, and I have 4 different ones.

Good looking set up and plants....

Lookin like yer off to an amazing start.. I too have a problem with the top of the soil drying out to fast as well, but I just have a spray bottle /w fine mist and just spritz the top of the soil a couple times between waterings and it seems to work fine... but I check my girls 2-3x a day atm cause I'm still tweaking my grow.

I look forward to seeing how she they turn out and will be waiting for the updates :)

Wow!! Your plant is progressing unbelievably quickly, I am very impressed. Guess 600w will do that! :)

I'm definitely tuned in.

My last grew was a White Widow from Seedsman....
Started well, ended not "white"....they purple, don´t look like white strains should and produces male flowers in the buds (but rare seeds).
The turn is....o.k...for the day, but not as I know "White Widow"...
If u want, I can send a pic of dried bud´s...

My opinion of Seedsman is bad after growing it.

It's a nice plant. I got some going at the moment as well.. just harvested some too and its sweet and pungent.

It's a fast grower and you don't want to get them too big in there.. or you fall victim to the lower branches not producing much at all. then it becomes a big mess. i tied mine down and worked well..

good luck on your grow man.. looking good so far

so, well...got a pic...not best quality, but here´s a White Widow Bud from Seedsman.
I´m not satisfied, cause it was a herm, regular- not female seeds

The WW stood in my homebox with Sensi Skunk reg., here an overview
(on the right side is the WW)

...comparing to the qualtiy of Sensi Skunk, the WW is really bad, and no one of the SS haermed, so that a failure of mine is not possible

here´s a budshot of SS

What do u think ?
(sorry, if my english is not good, I´m not a native speaker)

hey hippie,
what's your thoughts on the quality of the growlab? did you have to fix any light leaks? are you running 600w hps or mh in there.. thanks!

High everyone,

So as promised here are some setup pics.

Im running 600w hps in a sunmaster six air cooled hood, exhaust is an inline sitting in the air "port" thing in the ceiling btw...

The growlabs are nice, easy setup. I am pleased. There are a few pin holes of light (2-3) and some of the stitching has come loose on one or two pieces of velcro. It's still a better make then the generic ones at the shop.

Natas: Its ok man english is my second language, i feel you. Thanks for the bud shots, sorry about the hermies man bummer. I'll just have to see.

And the last pic is a sneak peak at some skunk variation I was gifted...
