As often on tuesday, our favorite restaurant. Scallopini with gorgonzola cheese and scallopini with black olives and capers.

i whipped up french toast and sausage for supper, and had a slice of the red velvet cake i baked earlier for dessert. now, for a joint...:smoke:

Sorry, don't know the english names. Schellfisch, Rotbarsch, ordinary potatoes out of the oven. Not on the picture Aioli.

Made some tofu.

Soaked soybeans.

Blended with water and strained into soy milk.

After bringing to a boil, cooling, and adding coagulant. I used white vinegar.

More venison, got my local butcher to mince it for me this time to make 🍔 served it with melting cheese and smoked bacon. Was devine.

Really fantastic for the first attempt, thank you, unfortunately there is not much left.

Yep, ramen noodles with beef and pork mince, half and half, and the chicken drumsticks plucked from the dashi stock. Spring onions, Chinese leek, lots of garlic, chilli, tare, flavored oil, bonito powder, sesame seeds...argh and 1 raw egg yolk on top. Ramen without soup but creamy and slurpy.
