Ok so back from vacation and decided to start my next project...
My first and previous grow in a PC went well...
...so I decided to do a little upgrading and using the NGB design, I developed
a micro that uses the same concept but in a tower layout. I had a small
(19"X20") corner of a closet that nothing fit into anyways. Also I really
wanted to use a HPS this time around to get the yields that make it all worth
while so I have integrated a 150w HPS into the mix and along with grow. This
NGB based design, and a little reasearch, will be able to hold a mother and
flower clones in a screen of green.
So the idea is to have a vegetating room on the bottom that vents up into a
flowering room, which will eventually vent up again to a carbon scrubber.
Some crappy pics (i am in desperate need of a new camera cause this one
don't like HPS)
My closet (yah i know its a mess!) Backleft corner you can see the start...
Its so tight in there I cant get a single pic of the entire shelf
Bright white CFLs in my vegetating chamber...
On left, this fan blows upwards to cool the vegitating chamber and directly
above this fan sits a shelf which acts as a light guard but still breathes
through PVC (also pictured on the left). On right, shelf dropped on top of fan.
On the left, holy pressure sodium! pic taken during the day! So with a little
handywork i managed to light proof up the case (pictured right)
Foam for cloning i picked up in a hydro store fits in this PVC adapter perfectly
Veg room and Flower room
Both Veg/Flower and then a pic of the top which i have mounted a vornado
fan which makes the whole thing work, this fan pulls the air through a maze
of PVC keeping my vegging room at about 80 degrees and my flower room at
about 90 (something i still plan to work on)
