I vaped about half of this Thai bud this morning - still a bit green tasting but the high is wonderful, floaty, calm, happy, creative.

Had the chance to smoke some unseeded buds (rare, last time was years ago) from Thai Chiang Mai mother and she really delivers a lovely bright, expansive, happy, energetic and slightly psychedelic high with no ceiling or comedown :) ☀️excellent for morning time, you need to smoke later Moroccan hash to land a bit hehehehe

Fingers crossed for a girl or two! 🤞It's interesting to note how seedlings from this northwestern highland Thai often start with wider leaves, to thin out as they mature sexually.
Thanks dubi.
These fan leaves are the biggest I've ever grown. Especially at this stage. crazy!

Almost 6 weeks from seed. Looking like two Females, clearly different phenos.:rasta: plant on the right going to be a beast...really excited.

Took out my other 2 plants in the tent, just to give them plenty of room.

Really seems that these girls are using more nutrients than I expected/read.
Pulling a lot from the bottom big fan leaves now, going to incorporate a little more N with Maxi grow, so that would make it 25% Maxi grow 75% bloom. Think the nkp will be better running that ratio until mid flower, instead of all bloom.

Plant on the left has hollow stems, which it makes a little harder to SC and bigger plant over all. Plant on right is a little shorter and quicker preflowers with a hardy stems.
Just changed the light to 10/14

What i plan to do with this strain is make my own soil mix. Happy Frog soil (very low nitrogen) and mix in fish bone meal, crab meal and some kelp meal. That should offset any nitrogen toxicity since the amendments release the nitrogen pretty slowly. Never have grown a thai variety but the info ive collected is that they dont need much nutrients compared to other sativas

Hi @RobFromTX Tropical sativas are usually very nutrient-efficient; they don't need much to grow fast and flower properly. They mainly need water, space, constant warm temperatures, and strong light intensity.
The nutrient requirements of this Thai are similar to Oldtimer's Haze, if that makes sense to growers.
This Thai needs lesser nutrients than the Honduras you have experience with.
