Schedules are expressed as ml/gal, or ml/litre?

I know this is a really old thread, but the schedules are unclear as to the amount of water the nutrients are being added to (pretty important as a per litre application would end up 4x too strong). I skimmed many of the responses, but didn't find an answer without spending literally two more hours reading through "Great job!" posts. My assumption based on the amounts is that it is ml/gal, but I just wanted to be sure.

Thanks in advance.
