You'll find what the naga babas and sadhus smoke.......you can also get it from the street thugs, but, they are all pretty much heroin addicts... or find some nepali who likes to smoke.... but really , it's everywhere, especially when trekking, cannabis grows everywhere! even in front of police stations.
