I've Seen those for sale still on line.
Not cheap but I agree it would make a great Mom and clones box.
Im Sure the HID Floros will work just fine for this purpose.

Is it too early to start ask'n questions?
I've read through the procedures about 10K times... But just for discussion purposes, and thinking ahead to what I have com'n with my SFxBBs, just how will you be sexing this lot? You say you "will be cloning every plant pre-flower." Will the clones be flowered for sexing, or the original seed plants?
Seems I have seen it both ways, and am curious as to what you do...

Like I said, I have read through sooo many threads about techniques for managing the sexing process, but have not really focused on it as yet.
With my SFxBBs in like their 4th week, and desiring to keep a Mom if a good pheno shows, I am just now really trying to work out how to best deal with it...
To paraphrase what you said, just to be certain I am clear, you prefer to:
* Take cuttings of each seed-plant just prior to 12/12 switch
* Track what cuttings are from what original
* Attempt rooting as clones
* Take multiple cuttings of each plant to increase chances of success for each
* Flower/sex the original seed-plants
* Cull all males, and associated clones
* Ultimately, designate one plant as best of the lot
* Choose the best {based on rootball, and overall plant health/vigor} of "Best of lot" clones, and designate as Mom
* Flower out all other clones...
Is that about it? LOL... **imbuzzed**
