I have ordered exclusively on line from HTG and found their equipment and service to be very high quality. As for warranty they accepted a return of their grow tents that just did not work out. so yeah their warranty is good.

I do not know what the situation is in Melbourne, but here in Tampa the police are monitoring Hydro shops and taking down licenses. So I highly recommend that you do your shopping on line or have a friend that's not growing shop for you instead. IMHO.

I too have been very happy with everything I've bought from HTG Supply. I recently had a bulb go bad (under warranty) and they sent me a return label and sent a new bulb out rather quickly. They are my 1st choice, but not my only source. A+++

They also have an Ebay presence so make sure you compare store vs. Ebay pricing from them as it sometimes is different (or free shpg.)....

Regarding the lighters, they once sent me a whole box of them and I still use them from time to time. They open beer bottle caps well too!

Looking at purchasing the HPS 1000w digital set up with the tubes that you can set up with duct work to pull the heat across the bulbs and out of the room. Its this the best setup. Sorry I had the name wrong its not Virtual grow , its Virtual Sun lighting systems, appreciate any input.

Wow, my kinda peeps here. I too have ordered a crap ton of stuff from these guys and have nothing but good to say about them and/or their warranty.....My order arrived ahead of schedule and 1 net pot got damaged and they replaced it sight unseen.....
