thats how i do it.... 75% of the time the tops stand back up straight after about 2 weeks. the rest of the time, they stay bent like the final shot in the video.

i know it isnt that complicated, but somebody requested this....

Isn't there alot more to do earlier in veg stage, like, LST, FIM or topping, so you don't have to halfway break and stress them?

there is. this is more for multiple strain gardens. some plants put on alot more stretch than others, and this is a great option. the stress doesnt last more than a couple days, and they recover stronger than before.
