I don't know if its nutrient deficiency or the plants are shedding older leafs to put energy into newer growth, this is vegetative not flower when its common to loose them due to cannibalism
I've looked at other pictures of big plants and rarely see yellow interior or lower fan leaves, is that a secondary reason why the growers gut out the interior of the plant because of lack of light penetration.
Here's a small example of what i mean, everything else seems healthy as can be maybe a nitrogen deficiency?
