Yellow leaves - autoflower 3 weeks into flowering (outdoor first grow)

Hey folks! I just encountered a problem that happened like overnight.. so I noticed that my plant’s leaves started to changing color into light green (yellow) and im kinda worried about that now. I am using hesi fertilizers and was about to start feeding Phosphorus in my next watering. Did encounter some problems earlier but they managed to make it through without any bigger issues… now since they have gone so far I would not want to screw up now. Please if anyone could help it would be much much appreciated. Any thoughts, ideas, suggestions as well. Peace guys

Just keep doing what you are doing and keep your grow steady. The new addition of fertilizer should be enough to help. They are just a little hungry "so to speak".but no need to worry yet. Don't flip out with the fertilizer and you will be ok. 😎

I don't know how you are growing so it would be hard for me to make suggestions. If you want some of the guys to help you, it would help if you gave more details. 😎

Looks like the plants are ready (to harvest) early. Not coming much more when i look at the buds, no white pistils left. I would give them just water now and harvest in max. one week.

His plants have been flowering for only 3 weeks. 😎

I would leave them out for at least 2 more weeks and I will start giving phosphorus tommorow..they look like ready but they still need some time (lower buds still didnt develop as much) and the other plants looks even more mature. Strain is sour diesel from fast buds. Growing in soil… manually watering, after 3 weeks switched to bloom nutes except phosphorus because hesi has bloom and phosphorus each fertilizer by itself… I posted a topic earlier thats why I didnt give out a lot of info this time because there would be a few posts looking the same so didnt want to spam on forum. I will start with phosphorus and will see how it ends. I cut off these yellow leaves and now I will be watching if any new appears.

There is like 70% of plant covered in brown pistils and Ive read this would be good to harvest but since they are outdoor I doubt they can finish earlier than breeder says…even though the top buds look like ready the buds down are not as nearly as ready and they still have white pistils..I think I will wait for another 2 weeks and add phosphorus now so buda can ripen and get denser

There is a lot of reasons for pistils to turn colors outdoor. Its not always an indication the plant is ready for harvest. When growing outdoors it's best to use the "time scale" to harvest plants rather than the appearance, because the flowering trigger times are hidden. In other words, you don't know exactly when the plant flips because it is so gradual. It's easy to pick flowers too early because of this. Every grower I know has been guilty of picking flowers too early because the flowers looked good. After picking them we are SORRY for picking them at the wrong time. When outdoors use the estimated time scale. Like the end of Oct. or late Sept. or whatever the time scale is recommended from the breeder. 😎

Yeah of course.. id rather harvest them later than earlier for sure and they are now exactly a month old since they was planted in soil so according to breeder they still have like 4-6 weeks to finish and i havent even started giving them phosphorus which comes at the end when buds are ripening and getting denser ..( it is very hard to guess exactly when to start giving P but I think its nearly about time - will start tommorow , they are getting fed every 2-3 days at most because the weather is pretty hot and soil gets dry every 2-3 days at most.. and they dont mind nutrients because since I switched to bloom now I have fed them the exact amount of bloom nutes for the last 3 feedings and they didnt show any signs of toxicity so I am now keeping up with this feeding schedule and starting to add phosphorus tommorow and with every feeding until flush from now on. Will post pics and keep you updated. Im not home at the moment but will post a lot of pics later when I get home from start until now development

Posting pics - in order from day 1 until Now
2 different plants - same soil medium ( except one has a bit more light mix added) - both the same strains (sour diesel from FastBuds)
Age - exactly one month. 18 June was their first day after being planted in soil

You can already see the difference between thsse 2 plants. One is a bit smaller and more mature. Other one is a bit bigger and still not as mature as the first one.. just look at last 2 pics of buds (one looks much more mature than the other) and the other immature is the plant I asked about that started getting yellow leaves.. i cut them off and will see now. I didnt train them much. I did transplanted them earlier in veg stage to bigger pot and tied them down a bit but later on I untied them and let them rise up because buds and leaves were touching medium… and I encountered some problems with fungus gnats mostly (some other pests too but nothing much) - not a big deal…and defoliated only unhealthy parts of the plant (leaves affected by fungus gnats and other pests) but not a lot just a 2-3 leaves maybe 3 times…plus I did cut off a few tiny buds that would not develop at all due to leaves blocking them to receive sunlight - as you can see in pics “BEFORE” and “AFTER”
That is pretty much it

(lower buds still didnt develop as much)
Yeah, i can only see the top buds and they look ready... sometimes you just have some Auto Phenos which are staying small and finishing early. I recently had one Auto myself which i planted out too late in a cornfield, she was ready after 4 weeks flower and was very small.

I remember the pics from #12, you asked weeks ago because tieng down right!? ;)

Yeah yeah brother exactly. I asked for tying down earlier
Sorry my mistake I didnt take a photo of lower buds… will post throughout day so you can see the difference
My bad should have posted pics from lower buds aswell

Pictures - lower budsites (as you can see they are not as nearly mature as top ones and now I bent those branches a bit so these lower budsites can absorb as much sun as possible in upcoming weeks. That should get them mature enough for harvest and some good smoke
