WHY ARE MY SEEDLINGS TURNING YELLOW?

I have several seedlings that are at about 2 weeks in 16oz cups. They are only at the second or third node. For some reason they have started to turn a bright yellowish green color. Any ideas why. They are under four 4 foot floros and the bulbs are about 2 inches from the tops.

Im willing to tip it is because of overwatering.

Have you started ferts yet? sounds like it could be a N diefiency also

does your potting soil have any nutrients in it? if not then you better start giving them some
