Legally I imagine zero money goes to anything health related in any state, because all the lcd marketing (equivalent to targeting [adult] children) has already been figured. Why would it make sense to waste any resource whatsoever investigating the claims of all the terp bros who are shoving a 60 dollar gram of RSO in the face of a 85 year cancer patient, claiming he can cure him if he can afford the 60 a day, for eternity...
I know what heals. Natural Cannabis heals. Not hydroponic. Not cbd isolate. Not terpenes.. Natural Cannabis. It's worth finding out what's in natural Cannabis, and it's as simple as looking at what cures in the natural world. Or as simple as investigating natural Cannabis. It's simple to investigate nature, if you have funds.
I know what destroys. People with a love for destruction destroy. They come in with their pull-string phrases and bottled, bar coded government approved taxable destruction. So where are the terpenes in medical literature? In all the papers I've read in the past 20 years, there are no medical positives attributed to linalool, or pinene, or lemonene, or myrcene. But, time and time again...

Saying that Cannabis can heal is Ok. Claiming to know it heals because of terpenes and cbd when you don't know what either of those things is, is just the type of widespread societal role playing that has voters protesting in the streets over behind the scenes business moves framed as a 2 party political system. Once you bring human health into the equation, you've surpassed annoyance and need your very soul straightened out at the root. The law isn't holding these people accountable to the plant the planet or the patient,only to the profit.
Do you have millions of dollars on hand as a result of selling floorcleaner-boosted Marinol pens to a gullible population? Plenty of people in the world now do. And they are all fly by night operations operated by crooked, government connected opportunistic filth. Not a single megacannabis company is putting money back into Cannabis or the medical patient that funded their startup. They're all too busy looking for a better price on neem oil and Advanced Nutrients, and dodging Mars' and Willy Wonka's legal teams.
