And, yes, I welcome Ukrainian refugees. I see them everyday, because I live near a refugee centre, and a mother with her small children lives in my building. They are nice people, but it saddens me how distressed the woman sometimes seems.
I wish people from the Russian occupied territories could come here as refugees too, but only way out of eastern ukraine is to russia. I know someone from Donbas and they haven't been able to go home since 2014. They wish their parents could escape.
