Pilto it is you who hasn't been paying attention. Depending where you live in the old dominion, entrepreneurs have been paying attention and are opening cannabis/concentrates shops selling thc-a products. Virginia changed their laws when they legalized and somehow made selling thc-a legal, creating a loophole around Virginia's purported laws against. The one near me doesn't even scan my license and no med card needed either and just normal sales tax. Works way better than any dispensary throughout our nation and as the feds know quite well, I've visited quite a few in several states. The shop near me even have a large outdoor toking area with picnic tables seating, almost rivaling Amsterdam's coffeeshop scene.

Va. did similar fifty some years ago, when they changed the laws on possessing less than an ounce of cannabis from felonies to misdemeanors. When creating the new laws they forgot to add hashish, so hashish became legal to possess and sell for several months until they caught the mistake thru ensuing court cases. I had two friends who were identical twins and one got popped for selling hash to a cop and the other for selling weed. First got off, because at the time of the sale it was legal and the other got off, because the cop fingered the brother sitting in the gallery instead of the one sitting with his lawyer and the judge threw it out.
