Umidity problem

In this two day after germination my plant start to grow, i have a set up of a led lamp of 100 w, one fan for air circulating in the box, one heater for control temperature with out this i have 17°C, and an air estractor, all in a box 40x40x120
The parameter was, 21 °C min 23°C max, and 27 rh min 33rh max i have to little humidifier, but the rh don't grow up, it's probably a problem of air circulating, and the humidifier don't work, but tree day ago the rh was stable to 66 min and 80 max.
Do you have any tips??
I have just try to use wet cloths, the rh was stable but temerature drop to 16 or 18, i'm becaming crazy

It's adjustable and holds a lot of water
Just put it near or in your growroom
