Not the most exciting fight.
With that much hype, it's hard to live up to it.

That was some great stuff! I thought Hominick's head was going to blow up, man that dudes a warrior! St Pierre is tough as shit too, looks to me like he has a detached retina. I could see a lot of Chuck Lidell in Shields stand up fighting style.

It's been awhile since I got to see these fights, my first one I saw on ppv was ufc 3. After seeing that I rented 1 and 2.

Just got back from watching the fights and all I have to say is front kick, baby, front kick! Nice to see that traditional technique being used effectively. Thinkin that Diaz is the next in line for a shot at GSP, as hes got alot better stand up and really good ground game.

GSP needs to stop being such a nice guy. He lets guys hang around. He needs to get mean and start finishing people. He took way more damage than he should have in that fight and in the long run thats not a great plan.

Just FYI: you can download all of these fights from the newsgroups the day after the fight. So, if you can tune out the media and keep from hearing the results for 24 hours, you can see them in high quality. The newsgroup is :
