Anyone interested in testing/grow & showing results for afterthought autos and cataloging posts in the IC Mag Autoflower section, please contact us!

Prefer to mail in USA/Canada, esp. with COVID going to Post Office. Our state has had a dramatic increase this past week.

Either our autos, CBD HEMP autos or post on our SeedBay thread for photoperiods we've developed.

BE SAFE! WEAR A MASK!

Thanks, one and all!

Interested in CBD to test and document for use as topical.

Great!

Click on aridbud, then click on "About Me" tab. There's an email to contact us since you don't have PM privileges yet. That comes with > than 50 posts.

All the prior CBD hemp hybrids we've made take the BEST of that strain and meld with another making it unique and quite beneficial.

We're growing the CBD Hemp auto using 12/12. Should be great finishing in around 90 days. We'll be experimenting as well, using 18/6 growing with our other autos and the new MARS quantum board bestowed recently. Hope to fire it up in about 2.5-3 weeks.

Currently finishing outdoors, and customer recommendations indoors.

Hope to hear from you, Scrogmeister!

Hi Mack-
Are you in the USA? Recall being o'er the Pond. If in USA, PM details.

Yes, we do have both high thc strains (OBLIVION, Loc Dog's Amnesia and our SHIMMER haze), a White/Jack hybrid and several others available in our repertoire/catalog. Plus an assortment of CBD strains- auto, photoperiod and CBD Hemp strains which we use for capsules, balms, tinctures.

Several are growing what we have available on SeedBay.

Speaking of hemp- interesting article

Speaking of hemp- interesting article

Some of Iowa's first legal hemp crops set on fire because THC exceeds federal limits USA TODAY

https://amp-usatoday-com.cdn.ampproject.org/

DES MOINES, Iowa – Jay Kata's first hemp crop went up in smoke.

The plants grown by him and his farming partners in southeast Iowa were mowed down, windrowed – then set ablaze.

What remained was tilled under after the field became "too hot": The level of THC (tetrahydrocannabinol, the psychoactive compound in cannabis plants like hemp) exceeded state and federal limits.

"It was pretty heartbreaking," said Kata, who was among nearly 90 Iowans this year who set out to produce the state's first government-authorized crop of hemp, a close relative of marijuana.

.....About 13% of Iowa farmers' hemp fields had to be fully or partially destroyed because the THC levels in the plants exceeded 0.3%, the maximum allowed under state and federal laws.

Kata said he believes the THC levels in his 2 acres of plants spiked because they became stressed, fighting against weeds for sunlight and nutrients. Testing showed THC levels were nearly three times the allowed limit, he said.

Pruisner encourages hemp farmers to have their crops privately tested to prevent THC levels from rising beyond the maximum allowed. The state tests fields before farmers harvest them to ensure they're within the required limit.

The state performed 119 initial tests on hemp fields and 103 passed; 16 fields failed and were fully or partially destroyed.

Seed varieties, growing conditions and soil types, among other factors, can result in wide differences in when hemp should be harvested to remain under the required THC level, Pruisner said.

Just making sure you know I'm serious and that I am most definitely still planning on following through.

:thank you:

I've got three Oblivion seeds in Rapid Rooters and will start blogging them when they sprout. As an inexperienced grower, I just wanted to make sure that anybody else who was on the fence about this knew that aridbud took really good care of me.

I am testing Oblivion and Daylight Express. I received generous quantitites of each as (10 or more) well as six seeds of Pina XP auto which I will undoubtedly be blogging about as well just to blog. I also received a very generous package of Scarlett Red Holly Hock, a perennial plant that is appropriate for my area and perfectly legal, since gardening itself is a large part of what my doctor ordered.

I hunnert bucks is a lot of money for me because I'm pretty much unemployable right now, but I would have been thrilled with my purchase except for one minor detail.

I didn't pay a dime.

A quick internet search of the poster who goes by "aridbud" told me all I needed to know.

aridbud is the real deal. Shoot them a message if you like to write and you're struggling to afford seeds.

My "starter blog" isn't in the right place. I assume that whenever Miss or Master Oblivion gets around pushing away the little bit of rockwool and showing him or herself to me, I just start my real journal at forums>ICMag Vendor Forums>Seedbay>Seedbay Private Dealers> Afterthought Auto's?

Or I could just ask a mod. These seeds are well worth it.

Got it.

And you know enough about my medical background to be well aware of the fact that there is NOTHING wrong with those seeds; any error was entirely on my part. Most likely they're fine since I had 100% success with my bagseedlings and I don't think the weather was an issue while they were in transit.

I'm just new to participating in a growing community and nervous about the responsibility; the writing part is easy and so my the love for the babies (seeds).

If they aren't up in a week, I'll think seriously about upgrading my germination techniques as well as rearranging my growing areas. The only downside of Autos that I see for myself is that I would be dependant on a good breeder if I couldn't breed them myself.

There are worse fates.

Hello friend sorry fir not posting I have a few I only get access to once a week when I water.
Jackal haze I got one male with pistils one female that smelld like grape both autoflower in 18 hours but very small

I pollinated the female with purple honduras haze from ace so I'm waiting for those seeds before I harvest I think light intensity and nutrition kept them small also I put 6 in a 3 gallon container so they we were very crowded I think two magnum opus autoflower also but again same problems above so the female stayed tiny it's just starting flower as it was planted late as a replacement that one Magnum opus.
also saved some auto pollen I think from magnum opus the container is labeled I need to check it tomorrow

Last two jack blanc they are photo I believe it's photo x auto? Cross? 2 of them their getting big just like I prefer bigger plants not sure of the sex yet but I will start flower in March

The jackal haze is done for sure about 3 months start to finish grape smell but I'm over matuing it because I don't want white seeds the goal is to breed tall branchy sativa dominant auto
I will post pics tomorrow when I water:ying:
I'm trying to grow 3 more jackal haze as well

Have faith, Mary57!! You've DEFINITELY got the skills....just relax, don't compare your grow to others. Everyone has their own way of growing. I KNOW you'll do fine!

Just breathe...and grow them out! Sent you message via email. Extra tips.

The Jackal Haze....are they in at least 3+ gallon containers?

The Jacque Blanc is a Herer x White, both auto strains.

Yeah, it was crowded....and you don't need supplemental feeding and lightly after sexing. You'll get the hang of it. In most cases, less is more.
Thanks!!

I still have a couple of these im going to try an outdoor grow this year I could not finish that crop last year it all got cut down shortly in to flower phase for security reasons

I was happy that I was finally starting to grow bigger autos but saly I had to r.i.p.them

It's interesting that one jacqe blanc was photo period for me I don't know if I messed up labeling or what but I think I have 6 of those left

I did make a cross with purple Honduras haze but only about 7 seeds I think a further cross to jackal Haze or Jacque blanc auto males will work well or even the auto x phh males to full auto females and make f2 of auto x phh im not sure wich auto it was crossed to.

A seed increase is in order for sure of afterthoughts autos I'm planning an auto grow in April 1st for a July harvest and a second photo period grow for a fall and winter harvest with a month or two head start so I can transplant in july

O cool it's jackal Haze x purple Honduras haze Male I just read the last post by me I have more pollen too of the Long flower males that took almost 6 weeks to produce pollen and I think that's the pollen I used initially. I want to focus on tall sativa type auto thc and flower time are not important for now i just to lock in the auto genes with tall long flowering pure sativa and select those types of plants tall sativa longflower phh dominant

I dont care if it takes a long time to grow and flower or low thc the final breeding goal is not the highest thc or strongest effect the goal is breeding a super tall full auto regular seed sativa plant who cares if the life cycle is long fromm seed to finish than average like 4 or 5 months I can plant as early as March or April and be finished by August or September
Or may to October for the cold weather guys
