Storage of Shatter-Wax-Oil etc

I had some wax in a jar for a few months and it turned to goop. whats up with that? lol.

What I do is fold my slabs of shatter, sap or honey oil up in parchment paper, then vacuum seal it as tight as possible and keep em stacked in a freezer at about 20°. For me, when I take it out after months, it's exactly the same as when I put it in the freezer

I make iso ethanol and butane. Butane has to be winterized otherwise it tastes like shit. ISO is easy I can get 99%for $20. I have taken old aged not green broken up added warm iso shake for 2 min watch for green then dump into multi filters use filter paper to filter.
If their is any green I let it sit in the sun till it turns yellow. Then put in a stainless 12x 20 in cooking sheet. I let it sit for days or weeks in an unused room. I have forgotten it for many months. When it feels like glass no stickeyness I put the sheet in a oven @ 200F . Wait 5 min scrape out with safety razor blade ( harbor freight $5 100) place on silicon pad. I use about 5 blades and have to reheat at least once. After it dries it is shatter every time. I learned it causes to much brain damage to try and do it in one step
I also store it it the frig or freezer. I have some that is old. I also store trics. I have not noticed a decrease in strength.
